Coupled with the Kanthal, Would Ekowool be better than Silica? ,also what width, would I need?

YW Mike . . . personally I don't mind either, other people report finding a funky taste with Silica.

I do find that Ekowool being firmer it's easier to wrap wire round than Silica, so for that reason alone I choose Ekowool now. Not being the neatest of coil builders.

2mm is a good width to buy, fits lots of rebuildables.

Just ordered the Terminator-C RBA Long Mod, was gonna get the Magoo but i have a fetish for non polished stainless steel.

Plus some non res wire, hope i got the right stuff as i have never done non res wire before so i ordered 1.8 and 2.2 ohm packs ???

Going to order some non res wire in the morning but also not sure what kind to get to use with my K1 and diver?

Really want a terminator but I have just forked out for a diver this week so may have to be a week or two before I buy. Can you post up what you think of the Terminator please romelee.

Silver is easier to work with than Nickel Stu, less springy. Would not the ready wires that Billy stocks be of use to you . . . so much easier than splicing your own and this batch have slightly longer non res legs, which is an advantage.

Ordered some res / non res wires today for my K1. Hopefully they will make it easier to get it working.

richo71 how you getting on with the magoo? i'm thinking of cancelling my order from fasttech and ordering one of these instead because I ordered it a fortnight ago and its still gonna be another 6 days till its in stock.

Billy, do you know when you will be getting more of the magoo in stock?

you dealt with this company before, made an order of £45Terminator-C RBA Long and some packs of no res/res wire  on thursday night and paid £5.99 for 24hr delivery
it now 6pm saturday and have not recieved the order,the links they sent me for tracking go nowhere i emailed them and no reply,went for 24hr post as i work away monday to friday and have stayed in all day.
should i be worried as they are a new company.

Did you get the "shipped" e-mail?
If so then it's more likely to be royal mail that's at fault
