It's not unusual to get urges, I was dreadful on Thursday, really thought I was going to crack. It will pass, honestly, just get through the night and it will seem so different tomorrow. Have you tried brushing your teeth and tounge? Be aware the tounge brushing may catch the back of your throat, and make you gag (it did me) but it can help remove the build up that may have formed on your tounge from the ejuice.

We've all been there... BUT don't give in. You need to find at least one juice that you can vape all day. This is the worst time for most of us... I found mine with 'Shire Malt'... and while I still experiment with others, I know if all fails I can go back to my 'old favourite'.

Just try the samplers, because this can be the most expensive part, finding out what you like. Good Luck.

do you know what, this is happening to me at the moment and I've been vaping for 9 months. Don't want a cigarette but all my juices seem to have no flavour that I can distinguish and I mix my own . The majority are mixed at 20% flavour but I can't taste anything. Just going to throw in some more flavour. These have had a good month steeping and smell lush but taste c..p Onward and upward as they say

Have you no menthol lal? I don't like menthol but i have read on here many times that it is good for when you cannot taste anything else, i keep a 10ml bottle in just for those times

Strangely its stevia i add when its all going pear shaped , seems to work in getting me straightened up again. (I really dont have a sweet tooth)

I've been at this for 8-9 months now and have tried dozens of juice flavours and spent many hundreds of pounds on equipment.
To be honest, for me, its a matter of finding the least repugnant flavour/kit that gives me the nic hit that we need and a substitute for the comforting fidlability of a real fag.
Wish there was a E-cig Nirvana, but suspect not, just happy to not need real fags anymore.

I find the menthol works a treat.
