Congrats to you both, i have been married twice & both times in a register office but its how i wanted it & as i'm an Athiest did not want a church wedding i could not do with all the fuss & certainly didn't want a big frothy dress.
For the second marriage the money we saved paid for our honeymoon in Crete

Congrats man, I wish we had done it cheap back in May... still recovering financially even now.

At least you can always renew your vows or get a blessing a few years down the line and have a big splurge.

We will do it every 5 years simply because, well why the hell not celebrate just how much you both love each other. Let the world know it! Not only that, it keeps the relationship strong and it's simply a good excuse for a good old get together.

We went to oludeniz in turkey. It's an ideal honeymoon spot because it's so beautiful and unspoilt with a good balance of things to do.
It's not too expensive either.

It was a spur of the thing moment and our holiday was booked for next year before we even thought about marriage so it will be a long wait for a Honeymoon

Still there is always a Italian theme Honeymoon..........Pizza Hut is around the corner

I love the idea of small weddings, I never got the idea of "princess for a day" dos even when I was a little girl! Though I've been to weddings of all kinds and the couple and guests have thoroughly enjoyed them all, so I hope you and Mrs Rom enjoy your own perfect day in your own style too!

I married Mr Karma a couple of years ago. 4 of us at the registry office. home, change and walked the dog. Couple of drinks with the neighbours then 7 of us went out for a meal in the evening

We managed to sneak of for a weekend, just the 2 of us and the dog, a couple of weeks later
