I was one of the people who had a parcel dispatched through Hong Kong on 28th June, which ended up being returned to Fasttech. I agreed for them to just re-send it as it wasn't anything I was really desperate for and the value of it just over £10. I'd kind of forgotten about it until last week. I checked Singapore Tracking and it said that the parcel was delivered on 1st August. I've left it too long to do a PP dispute and obviously Fasttech aren't interested as they say it has been delivered I'm pleased that it wasn't a more expensive parcel. It did put me off shopping with them for a few days but I can see their point of view, tracking says it's been delivered. So, the moral of the story is. If a package gets returned to FT, take a refund as if you let them re-ship it you could be pushing it, time wise, to open a PP dispute if things go wrong!

Karma if it has supposedly been delivered it should be showing on royal mails site All my fasttech orders for last couple of months have required a signature here is example of last parcel delivered to me by fasttech tracked on royal mails site. I would be getting onto royalmail if I was you

Have you checked at your Main Sorting Office Karma, just incase the parcel isn't in a dark corner there?
Any uncollected overseas mail gets returned to sender after 7 days ( I think ) . . . but they should have a record of that, it might just satisfy your mind as to whether or not it did reach the country.

The things is fiddles although on my parcels it usually says signature required, mostly the postie just pops them through the cat flap! I should have said in my opening post that we never have problems with our mail here, all the local posties have been doing the job for years! I'll check the RM site though, thanks

Just googled Its near hounslow at least it restores faith in fasttech (as for rm ?never had any faith in them anyhow )

Yep, it has been delivered to somewhere called Feltham ??? Royal fail strikes again There is a fairly big sorting office in Feltham (does a lot of the airport stuff) Try contacting them.

When Chinese companies re-ship following a customs return, they often re-label the package. It wouldn't surprise me if FastTech was at fault here. Email RM to see if they got a signature for the package. If so, you have the option of a Paypal claim. HTH.

I'm to late to claim by PayPal Probably being a bit of a dunce again but I couldn't find a direct link to complain about this matter on the RM site

if they say its been delivered in Feltham Middlesex then RM is at fault,get Fasttech to confirm shipping address,you will need that for RM to open a claim
