If you are going to cut the e-liquid that you have with glycerine Nicky - don't cut it all.

Just decant 5ml or so from the bottle and then reduce that with glycerine.

At least that way, if you then end up prefering the higher strength, you still have most of it left.

Try taking the vapour into your mouth & holding it there for a second, rather than taking it directly into your throat.

As for a case, lots of folks use specs cases.

Was just going to suggest a glasses case Chrissie lol. I have my sunglasses and my ecig in a glasses case in my handbag.

That was going to be my suggestion as well, a hard backed spec case, they're perfect for toting the bits n bobs around.

I got some new FCUK glasses and the case is bigger than the standard specsavers cases so i've been able to keep both my glasses and my ecig together instead of having 2 cases in there and always grabbing the wrong one lol.

How's the vaping going today?

slowly, my natural reaction is to reach for a cigarette, i've not had time to use the glycerin yet and not really sure how to but without doubt this juice is too strong for me.

If you are, it may be burnt which will add to the harshness.

Yes i am using the same one, although i have to say i haven't had a cigarette for a little while now just been vapeing and it doesn't taste as bad as it did this morning / last night and hubby has said it doesn't smell as bad either.

Lol, You will enjoy it a lot more when you use a fresh one.

But, it does sound like you are keen and want to go for it, so I think you will get used to it all very quickly

I have to be keen jason, i know cigs don't do anyone any good, but my asthma is getting worse and the cigs seriously aren't helping matters - i'm breathless just going upstairs!! but the sad thing is i enjoy them so deep down don't really want to pack in.

But hey ho i'm willing to give it my best shot.

Well, you've made your first big steps, thats for sure.

Don't put too much pressure on yourself with regard to the cigs.

Just take vaping as it comes and let it work it's way in, you will soon enough be able to see and feel the benefits.

Keep us up to date though and if in doubt, always ask.

One question before i retire for the night, when mixing glycerine and juice do you do it in a separate container or can you just pour say 4 drops of juice and 3
of glycerine into the cartomiser?

Seperate container Nicky and then give it a shake to blend it.

As for how much, I would cut it 3 parts e-liquid to 1 part glycerine to start with.

You can always cut it further, but you can't strengthen it back up again.
