Easy way to check your order status on the Focal Ecig site is:

1. Go to site
2. Login
3. Click on your EMAIL ADDRESS on the top left
4. On the View orders box lick on Show History/All Orders button in yellow
5. Click on the number starting with "Q"
This will bring up the history of the order showing the order date the payment date and the despatch date and whether you selected tracing or no tracking.
