Can I just say, focalecig have been good to their word with me so far. They have refunded one of my orders which has been delayed and requested I repay when package arrives. I have posted their email on other thread. So I have absolutely no doubt focalecig can be trusted.
Actually was not expecting them to take any action yet and was raising dispute mainly to keep my paypal protection going. Annoying? Yes, but is the postal service which is the delay.

I've had exactly the same thing this morning Brambles, as I raised a dispute for the same reason. If my parcel should arrive then I'll be happily repaying Focal.

Yes, if you too worried about it after waiting long days, you could ask for refund, but if we get too many claims on our Paypal account, this would make us in danger.
We didn't ask you not to ask for refund, but just wait patiently, we won't run away with your money. If your package is lost, we would DEFINITELY take the responsibility as we always say.

I haven't received mine yet, but I'm happy to wait another couple weeks anyway. It's only been around 3 weeks so fay I think from dispatch, and there are delays from everyone from China.

Although I am itching for my 2 Protank 2's, lol.

Yeah, turns out mine arrived today too. All those refunds, perhaps jumping the gun a bit? It was China holidays and stuff back then, and there would have been a backlog...
