How much do you vape??

I rekon I get through less than 3ml a day. I always decant the large bottles into either 5ml or 3ml bottles & I don't have to re-fill for quite a few days.

Not sure how I manage it, as I never seem to stop vaping apart from when I'm asleep

I started off on around 1ml a day, then went up to about 5 - 8ml. Now I'm back to around 3ml which is much better.

I think the fact I was vaping more was because I wasn't getting the satisfaction, now I'm not vaping constantly and can put the mod down for an hour or so

About 4-5ml I reckon Hissie . . . but my actual nicotine intake has come down, as during the day I'm tending to use home brews which I mix to quite low levels.

It's first thing in the morning and a few chugs in the evening that I enjoy something with a bit more punch.

On a working day its about 2ml, and goes up to around 4ml on a day off lol

When im home i tend to be vaping lots love the fact it dosn't end like an anolog lol

Absolutely Bel,
it doesn't go out and only stops when it runs out of juice, so it is easy to chain vape!
4 mls per day for me
If partaking in the odd glass of red wine.... make that 5mls

I have settled down to use 9-12ml per day of 20mg 50/50 juice.
If under excess stress I up that to 28mg juice but my usage is still around the 10ml a day and changing up nic content doesn't reduce volume used and changing down nic content makes me get cravings so I'm sticking at this level.
Still at 20mg and 10ml I am quite happy and have no side effects I can perceive so it must be fine.
I think about 10 minutes is the longest I tend to go without vaping but I was a chain smoker so I guess it's much the same.

Im up and down and it depends on my mood and what im doing.On average i would say i usually polish off 7-10ml per day of 26-36mg juices.If im in the mood then that goes up to 15-20ml.Oh well,if you are enjoying it then dont knock it and carry on is what i say.Not like its expensive when you make your own up.

I have no idea how much I vape. I have so many different bits of gear on the go I can't really tell. I think the last few weeks I've increased a bit as I notice my juice bottles are emptying quicker.

I'm vaping ALL the time I'm awake but don't seem to get through a lot of juice, mainly dripping and using the blue fluval.

I think 30ml of James' Choc Nana lasted almost 3 weeks.

5ml of Griz's Banoffee only lasted about a day and a half using a triple coil

started out using very little liquid - have in fact only used approx 70ml in about 7 weeks but currently up to 3/4 ml per day.Think having the tank facility encourages higher usage .

I totally agree Birdy.When i used to drip i only used maybe 2ml per day but since having various tanks its just so much more enjoyable to toke away all day long :)Im not knocking the tanks though as the thought of dripping an atomiser makes me feel quite sick

Yeah direct dripping or using carts with the blue filling, I think you do tend to use less juice. However, I've been using DCs & I still haven't been getting through that much more.

Actually been a while since I've bothered with regular atties, the 2 DCs I have are ace & are still going strong. Great invention

I can't say I noticed any flavour improvement in the Triple Coil compared with the Dual Coil but it sure ate up the juice and battery.

for me its around 3mls per day until the weekend then prob 6 mls per day and more if the flavs real good
