there's a black one on ECF's uk classifieds, but Planetscribbles wants £70 for it!!! thats a bit steep, is it not, considering i could get a new one for £72.50 +P&P, he's offering a 18650 with it, but i already have a couple of those anyway...

i'd post and tell him that, but don't want to piss him off

i've checked back on UKV and £50-55 seems to be a common price, there was a week old one went for £55 complete with 2 batts & charger, bloomin wish i'd been looking then

That would have been worth snapping up at £55 with those extras . . . I can't understand people selling them on tbh Lilac as they're a fab mod.

I was after the GGTS on there, another guy decided to put his up for sale but it's as expensive as a new one! I said I wanted an older model, so he mailed me and offered to sell me his but at nearly £200 I thought I'd pass!

Well, i feel the same about my Mako, and Megalodon Perp, if i need something a bit more powerful than the GGTB, out comes the Don, or vice versa, if it gets a bit too much...

i'm rather hoping the SB would be kinda in between the 2, if it was, that would be my very favorite device...

yes, i saw that, Dee....I don't know how on earth they expect to get those prices when a new one is £103 to get started with, adding the other bits later, as money permits...

maybe some peeps have money burning a hole in their pockets tho?

Problem is actually getting your hands on a GGTS in the first instance with the limited quantities Imeo is able to manufacture by himself . . . guess that's what keeps the second hand market so buoyant . . . . but even so £200 is a lot of money!

Think you'd love a SB myself Lilac.

The silver bullet won't be any different than the don with a 18650 or 2 cr123a's. The SB is a beautifully machined mod but it aint half a pain to keep clean. Hope you like polishing!
Keep your money and wait for the SS GGTS.

Blue, i think there's a difference between all mods, what suits one person, another may hate....i still say the Don, as well as the Mako midi, give a stronger vape than the GGTB, altho i know Imeo disagrees with that, and altho the Mako doesn't need cleaning much at all, my Don's casing certainly does

Much as i love my GGTB, i don't find the button placement natural to use, another reason why i'd like to try the SB

but the biggest reason is....i just want one

Too late Lilac, i sold mine months ago!. I also agree with imeo, my ggtb is just as powerful as my don, my mako before it and numerous other mods i've had. The only ones that make a difference to me are mods that have a board in, i.e. a modded torch. You could always try 3 cr2's in the ggtb but the atties don't last long!

maybe powerful isn't the right description when comparing the two...
