Never clean mine Lilac, I like the rustic look of a few paw prints

The only thing done maintenance wise is smearing a bit of Noalox on the threads, think I've done that 3 times in the year I've had it. And occasionally wiping the attie threads of any excess juice.

I only use Tank atties now, so I've not been able to use the Silver Bullet for a while, but a tank adapter is on its way, and very much looking forward to getting re-acquainted

Thanks Bucko, that's what i was wondering about, cos if i needed to clean button contacts, etc, i wasn't relishing going about it...lol

I think there is a very good chance that this might end up as my favorite mod, i've got an adapter on it so i can use a LR901 and it's sheer heaven

(The rogue LR's from Eastmall won't work on it with the adapter, btw)

Seeing a nicely polished SB like that makes me sometimes wish I'd never sold mine. The wife said I'd regret it but at the time I had way too much stuff!

Other than giving the body a polish with a lint free cloth, some vaseline on the thread and cleaning the connecter of any excess juice I don't do anything special to mine.

Don't know how you could be parted from yours Blue - I'd happily have another, maybe in black or the silver veined version.

One thing with the Tank adapter, I got one from Toby and it doesn't work on my SB, because the connecter top sits a bit too far down so I need to tweak it up a bit.
