During the 40% off I placed three orders for me and friends and I two have arrived hoping the last one comes this week the tracking system doesn't work but they were a little quicker than fast tech but then again I have only had one problem with fast tech and that was a faulty cheap ego to take to the football and I have sent that back so waiting on replacement. But if I receive the replacement then not had any issues

I had a parcel go missing from FT. It looked like it had been delivered somewhere in England ???

I just kept answering them saying, I've not got it. It was only a couple of odds and ends nothing expensive and out of the blue they offered to credit me with half the value of the order. I accepted.

That seems like ages ago and now they have replied again on my ticket saying that the parcel has been returned to them, would I like a refund ???

I really just think they cannot keep up with the demand. I was lucky and got some great gear at a fab price. I'll not be ordering anything over £10 now though. I don't mind taking a risk on a couple of iClears and a few spare heads but until they sort themselves out I'll not be ordering anything else!

I had 1 problem with them, they made me a refund offer I refused it and asked for double what they offered, they accepted. Everyone was happy

Whhooooop i finally had my Igo L dripper delivered today 48 days after it was ordered, to be fair this is the 1st item from Fasttech that i have had issues with.

I have far to much crap from fasttech when theres a problem with a product and the language barrier isn't an excuse for being rude.

I don't really get much or anything from FT but judging by how much menders have purchased from them i would say they are a good vendor even though there maybe problems down the line, gotta remember they are serving worldwide and there will be problems like with any big company, but the phrase "being a shower of shifty bastards" might not be the best header.

So far to what i have seen all problems have been resolved one way or another

Haven't got back to them but that's the end of me buying cheap chinese pants

I have been waiting since 20th Sept, this is when it was shipped, so I am hoping that tomorrow I can track it when their system is up and running.
Not had any problems previously with this company!

@johanino. When you are placing in charger make sure the +ve end is making contact. The contact is very slightly recessed so contact is made with the heatshrink wrap instead. Try tipping at an angle or placing a spacer in.

I have had batteries for 2 years. Thanks ...the batteries were DOA...simple. Ordered from torchy ...sorted

Really? What would you call reneging on a promise, then?
Giving with one hand and taking back with the other is the mark of a shifty bastard, no matter who or where.
They were ok until that little episode. My latest message to them asked simply, "Why are you trying to cheat me?".
No answer to that one, I notice.

I'm hoping for you, Phoenix .. My order was sent on the 7th September, tracking has never worked & it still hasn't arrived.
