I am waiting on 3 parcels from fastech at the moment 1 posted on the 21st September via Hong Kong post 2 posted on the 26th September... 1 via Hong Kong and the other by Singapore post
The one via Singapore post arrived yesterday so I think the main problem they are having is with Hong Kong customs.
One of my other Chinese orders from filtercloth on ebay arrived this morning and that was posted on the 5th October via China post so even with the holidays China post still took the same 10 days as my previous order from them.
If Fastech don't want to go out of buisiness I think it is time they stopped using Hong Kong post because the service from them is absolute crap !!!!!

Despite the Chinese holiday my recent order from Fasttech (2 bottles of eliquid and 2 Panasonic 18650 batteries ... all wrapped in tin foil) arrived this lunch time. I had placed this order early on the 26th Sept and it was despatched the next day. So 19 days from ordering to delivery .. can't fault that. I have checked both batteries in the SVD and both are working fine. While I commiserate with all of you who are currently having problems with Fasttech, I personally have had nothing but fantastic service and value for money from them since I started buying from them 9 months ago. I would also urge you to consider the backlog in the Chinese and Singapore postal systems that have resulted from the two recent Chinese holidays and the more stringent checks that their customs people have introduced. Also don't forget that any stress that Chinese vendors cause you can be easily overcome by spending 2 - 3 times as much with a UK vendor (UK ecigstore excepted) ... you pays your money and makes your choice.

I have been waiting since 20th Sept, this is when it was shipped, so I am hoping that tomorrow I can track it when their system is up and running. Not had any problems previously with this company! Oh dear! My bad...I have had that order it is one from Focalecig I am waiting for.

I'm done with fast tech Panasonic batteries - cheap but DOA Same with Kamri K100 Haven't got back to them but that's the end of me buying cheap chinese pants @johanino. When you are placing in charger make sure the +ve end is making contact. The contact is very slightly recessed so contact is made with the heatshrink wrap instead. Try tipping at an angle or placing a spacer in. @johanino , Brambles is right. The Panasonic batteries from FT do need angling in the charger to get them to charge.

Try tipping at an angle or placing a spacer in. @johanino , Brambles is right. The Panasonic batteries from FT do need angling in the charger to get them to charge. My two Panasonic NCR18650B batteries (button top) which I got yesterday came with 3.9v and 4.0v already in them so either @johanino 's batteries are indeed DOA or they are not making proper contact in whatever device she is using. However, I have just checked, and while the positive button top on mine is shorter than usual due to the shrink wrapping, it does still protrude slightly and is in no way recessed. My advice is probably stating the obvious but I would check them with a multimeter .... there should be at least some voltage available unless they are indeed DOA ... anything rather than have to go through the hassle of returning them to Fasttech.

I did not mean recessed as such, just slightly below the top surface of the shrink wrap.

I meant no criticism Brambles .. your batteries may well have been flat tops or the shrink wrap may have been thicker than on mine which do protrude slightly above the shrink wrap .. could be that mine are the lucky exception to the rule.

Did not take as critism, just clarifying. Mine are typical flattops. Panasonic I have just picked up is fine, its lightly above the wrap, but still does not connect because the charger connection is at a very slight angle from vertical due. Heck just checked another two new ones, they are the same, slightly above the heatshrink. OK, maybe it is all down to the Xtar chargers not having a vertical contact. Learned something there. I shall now put my shortened screw back in the charger which makes it connect.

...and yes my 1st two, out of 8 batteries are recessed very slightly. Ahhh ahhhhhhh. I know they are my 1st two as I always number my batteries and put the date received on them.

I had two orders turn up with bits missing from them. Raised a ticket and although it took a couple of messages back and forth they sent out the missing items which have now been received.
I must be lucky though because apart from the long delivery times (which I fully accept may happen before placing an order), that is about the only real issue I've had with them.
Think people need to heed the old expression before placing an order with FT...'If you pay peanuts..............."

You know, have been thinking. I placed an order for some evods today for a friend who is currently using cig-a-likes (yak)
And when it came to delivery options i noticed they have DHL AND speedpost global express speedpost is apparently 4-9 days in transit dhl more expensive but quicker
So, wouldnt it be better for us all to order at the same time and divide the cost of a quicker delivery???

you'd still have the postage costs in the UK from whoever made the order snout71there's certainly some dodgy goings on with FT lately, ordered a Nemesis on September 24 on pre-order and it got marked as dispatched with the usual picture etc as expected on October 09. Tried the dodgy tracking last night and unbelievably it worked but it shows posted on 22 October. Contacted FT about this with no reply as yet, but I cannot get my head around it as how could they give me a tracking number for something not sent yet ? all very strange and will look forward to their reasoning.. lol One thing for sure is they're losing a lot of custom with the shenanigans over the last month.

Has there been another holiday in Hong Kong in the last couple of weeks as i have 4-5 parcels being held prisoner by the HK postal service since the 12th!
I want to order another couple of Stainless Nemesis's but i don't want to have to wait until next year to receive them. Has anyone used the Speedpost option from slowtech?
