Just caught the tail end of it, what I did hear sounded positive but wish the French guy had not referred to it as smoking. However as stated didn't catch it all.

Man, their piece on social media has annoyed me. Apparently we're dangerously obsessive because we get up and check Twitter and Facebook. They seem to have forgotten that until very recent years it used to be the convention to get up and check the post then many people would spend hours a day reading and writing letters.

"I worry about battery chargers exploding" - what in the Hell does that have to do with medical regulation? Should phone chargers be labelled medicines because they explode?

The pro-regulation guy was very odd. Aside from exploding batteries, his other concern seemed to be contaminated liquid. Fine. Does he also want food to be regulated as a medicine because sometimes people get food poisoning?

Well have just caught the latest in studio section, fair enough, some positive press at last...but why oh why was the term "smoking " bandied by both parties??
Over all, not too bad.

Just had a thought there, the Pro reg doctor... I think he mentioned that Christies Hospital permit the use of E Cigs...
Now surely if a leading cancer research and treatment establishment as Christies permit the usage it should send out a message to all the jobsworths elsewhere that we are not the demonic individuals they seem to think we are.

When governments STOP listening to its people.
