Hi folks, as I have just joined, I would like some advice on the best e cig for me. I smoke roll ups so am looking for one that does not have the same thickness as a real cig which I hate by the way!! Also, i smoke skinny wee roll ups about 15 a day but it is time to stop after several decades. I cant find anything suitable to buy in the high street so am looking for the right one for me. I tried a friends one when in Greece and it was fab but dont know the name. It had a thin tip and felt like I was actually smoking when I pushed the button. Any advice would be great the sooner the better. Cheers

Welcome I smoked 15 rollies a day and used a high street brand in an attempt to quit smoking. It failed, mostly because the product itself is an unequivocal FAIL. Not enough nicotine, not enough vapour, not enough battery life. You have done the right thing to ask on here. |

Hello clark - welcome to AAEC. As far as I'm aware, there's nothing out there that looks or feels like a roll up. And to be honest, that's a good thing - the battery life on something that small would be so short you'd be back to rolling your own in no time! All the kits that have been suggested are a different experience, but you'll be surprised how quickly you adjust. I smoked rollies for years - I loved rolling my own. However, in just two weeks I genuinely wouldn't swap back! I love vaping even more. I'm one person, and your mileage may vary, but there are so many success stories on this forum that it's got to be worth a go. The act of feeling like you're smoking is the important thing, and the kits above will certainly do that for you. |

Hi Clark, I#m a newbie myself so will leave the advice to the more experienced. What I will say is look for a shop where you can sample the juice (we have Empourium Vapour in Glasgow). Some juices you will like and some you will hate' but your taste will change fairly quickly, so don't buy in bulk to start off. Right now I am enjoying Ginger but detest Blueberry. To me the Ginger resembles what I get from the make your own cigs which, I imagine resemble rollies. Enjoy experimenting and find out what you like.
