@freefromsmoking Yes all the heads had slots, the problems I had were bad connections with the centre pin too short & BAD flooding with various ration VG/PG juices, various fill levels tried. All mine have the recessed centre pin but my evic has a narrow 510 pin so I get a good connection. I have been vaping with 50/50 juice and having no problems .. a real head scratcher in your case but there is certainly a lot to be desired with the quality control of the heads.

I am using these only on the Zmax and a couple of times I have had to pull down the centre pin to get a connection.
However on all of them, by the end of day two I am having to bump the head to get my 70/30 juice to enter the coil. Only then do I see bubbles coming out signifying that any e-juice is actually getting into the coil.
I know they have changed from 4 holes to 2 but to me, 2 is not enough. Great when the coil is new but once the coil has been in use and built up some surface carbon, the coil is getting starved.
It is not as if I am using a lot of power as I am only using 5w. If I up the wattage I get a burnt taste.
My Spheroid gives out the same taste and satisfaction using the same e-juice and although the Spheroid costs a lot more, at least it costs nothing to recoil and the coils in it lasts for months.
Thankfully I have a couple of Spheroids, so losing out on the Aspire will be no great loss. It is just a shame that something that promised so much, delivered so little.

Had mine for 24 hours now and have to say*so far* I'm very impressed. No leaks at all, no connection issues with any of my 4 ego's, I have heard reports that they have a bit of trouble with MVP's but a quick post pull should sort that. Loads of vapour, the taste I can't reliably comment on yet unfortunately, day 4 of vapours tongue They look so sleek on an ego too, they feel heavy to me but I'm used to Evods, not had a glassomizer before so that's not surprising! I didn't think I'd like a metal drip tip but I have to say I love it, sounds silly but it feels clean, that coolness on my lips is nice and it's a much nicer shape than the evod, they are the same width from what I can see but the Aspire has more of an hourglass shape, sits in my mouth more comfortably. Vapercaper also sell a pack of 5 of the heads for £8.95 with free postage which I think is a bargain but unfortunately he's out of stock till next week (Thanks Todd and pBursado lol)

I bought 2 'Glassomizers' from Safercigs that arrived 28/10 I washed them out and filled one with 'Snake Oil' the other with custard (I've actually had 5 different types of custard based liquids through it ... GVC, Greendollars VC, PVC, King's Custard and Rom's Rhubarb & Custard!!) They are still going strong 11 days on, with the original atomizers as supplied. Performance wise, I've had no leaks, no gurgles, no dry hits, and the flavour from them is great, with the added bonus of big clouds of vapour! I use mostly 50/50, 60/40 (Although to be totally honest, the 'custard' atomizer is starting to drop off a bit as far as flavour is concerned today.... probably my own fault as I've not washed it out between fill-ups!! And it is looking a wee bit gunky now ) I've just received some spare atomizer heads from Vaper Caper, (they are the same 2 hole version 1.8ohm that came with the glassomizers,) so I think I may just change the custard head and see what happens... will report back if there are any issues Sorry to hear that others have had so many issues with the Aspire range, fortunately I've had none... I'm very happy with my purchase from Safercigs, so much so, that I've gone and bought 3 more!!! (Blimey, hope my DH doesn't read this!!)

I have become a bottom coil convert thanks to these babies. I threw another 2 Aspires and 10 spare heads into my basket when I ordered my Scuba tank from Pink Mule and have since sold all my iclear 30s in the classies. I had tried the evod and the protank in the past and swore that I would have nothing more to do with BCCs as they were no match to the iclears but the Aspires are streets ahead of the other BCCs in my opinion.

Now on day two of 7 Aspire Coils, each of which has lasted just two days before giving up on me.
On the upside, my new Davide arrived today so at least I have another BC to take over when Aspire's last coil gives up tonight.
Me thinks that the Aspire will join a few others in the "No Worky Bin".

Other than the DOA head that came pre-installed in my first Aspire, I have had no problems ... still using my first spare head after 11 days with zero maintenance between refills and no drop off in flavour so far. ETA: the only thing that I have found that is annoying is the recessed 510 pin in the Aspire head which means that the 510 pin in your mod needs to be raised higher than normal. This is fine until you fit another device and the mod 510 pin gets pushed down to it's normal level again ... I have got round this by fitting an air controller to the evic and the pin in the air controller is just at the perfect height for the Aspire.

I hadn't heard this Barry ... but it begs the question if they are convinced that BDC is the way to go then why did they not do this instead of producing the 30S ? ... They needed something new for the VTR launch perhaps?

I have had no issues with misfires at all, have used/tried on: Innokin SVD, Innokin iTaste V3, Smok Magneto, Sigelei 19 (with ego 510 adapter), Ego Twist, Ego 1100mah, Vamo SS V2, Lavatube V4 (I think... the shiney chrome one) The Glassomizer has an ego fitting.

I got the 3.5 ml vivi nova style Di with the pyrex tank and the coloured aluminium cover, 510 fitting pink-mule.com/VIVI-NOVA-GLASS-ASPIRE-DUAL-COIL-CLEAROMISER?filter_name=aspire I tried first one on the MVP and SVD and the Spinner and it wouldn't fire on any of them due to the recessed 510 pin and I couldn't raise the pin on these mods high enough to get a connection. I was able to get it working on the evic only by raising the 510 on the evic but I have not had a problem since I fitted the air controller to the evic ( I have since sold / given away my SVD and MVP and now only have 2 evics and the 1300 Spinner).
