Looking at 'Jimmy's threads, he created it appears, all of them relate to buying or selling. Call me a sceptic, but it looks a bit suspicious.
Would be interesting if 'Grant' would look on his previous orders, see how many bottles of GVC -Jimmy has previously ordered, and when.
Kudos to Grant & Kev, for helping Daleson.
Wonder if it would be an idea for the Mods ,to inform other ECig forum Mods, regarding this matter.

Hence why to begin with, I gave him a bit of the benefit of the doubt. jimmy had a previous classified thread pulled as he was selling something on that he bought from Fasttech at a profit & showing the UK RRP in his ad. I think that's one of the reasons he created the odj id - to make it harder for us to keep track of what he was buying & selling on As I know that jimmy is a member on UKV, I have informed one of their excellent moderators.

I have been watching this closely to see where it was going to go. Jimmy put up 2 for sale threads on the same day, the Spheroid and leo (Which I purchased) and the GVC.
I started to get a little worried at the weekend after the lack of communication with jimmy as I had just parted with £120 via paypal gift. But he came through and my item arrived, later than I expected, but still arrived as described.
Now if this guy was out to rob people then surely he would have just taken the £150 he made that day and not bothered sending either items?
NOW I AM NOT STICKING UP FOR HIM HERE AS HE SHOULD HAVE REPLIED IN THIS THREAD OR A PM -
But is it possible he traded that juice thinking it was GVC? He tried it and did not like it then put it up for sale? The juice in the bottle could already have been something else when he got it?
Either way he should still stand up and be counted but I am just putting another spin on it before everyone goes out on a witch hunt.

Just doing a bit of searching and he (jimmy) appeared to buy a 100ml bottle of GVC on UKV on 14/10/13. He put a 97ml bottle up on here on 18/10/13. Coincidence?? Whatever, it does not excuse his failure to communicate with the OP and save himself a load of grief.

If jimmy had bought the bottle decided he didn't like it then sold it on... Surely after logging in and seeing his pm and obviously this thread. . It as been near the top for the last 2 days after all Then the decent thing would just to say sorry explain what happened and offer a refund of monies paid :-)) That would have solved everything would it not
Sorry but I'm with chrissie on this one

Just seems odd that if it was that same bottle he would have grounds to 'have words' with who he bought it from.

Presumably he wants it back to try his luck flogging it again on some unsuspecting person. In some ways I can see he has a defence if he bought it on the classies and then sold it on if he didn't like it. Had he replied quickly then maybe this could have been avoided. Being a cynical bugger I believe there's more afoot than that.

Just out of interest, please don't think I might be defending him - i am not in any way, I thought he was dodgy since what I saw some time ago:
Is it not possible that multiple people can connect to the internet through the same router and thus show the same ip address? I just searched whats my ip on google on my laptop and on my phone and both came back with the same address.
Were both users online at the same time, or one after the other? if at the same time, then possibly may not have been him, unless he is smart enough to use two different browsers to have two sessions open at the same time (or 2 devices). I have logged into some 'specialist' sites with 4 different browsers and 4 different users at the same time before.
Does your logging include device type/browser/operating system used to access the forum?
As I said, I'm not condoning what he did in any way, just felt it worth balancing the 2 users from the same ip issue (though I expect it was him).
