Nice - some are epic in there! They won't fit the Provari in 18650 mode though will they? States Standard so figured that was for the standard end cap only. Yep, if you look closely then you'll see that the bottom inch or so has been cut away to fit the 18650 extension

Aloha Tim If the juice really has the wrong nicotine content - and especially if it's a lot higher as they believe - and having contacted them first with no joy - i'd have little hesitation in sending a sample or 2 to ECCAUK or ECITA to test - as this is a potentially dangerous issue which should be resolved - for ALL vapers sake! Sounds a tad harsh - but remembering that correct labellng and Quality Control is essential for Vaping as a whole to survive - definitely worth getting it independently verified. If the Supplier is correct - no harm done - if not then they should be called to account!

Thanks - will take a look. Of course the supplier will probably say I tampered with them.... They have already eluded to that in an email exchange I have had. Just annoys me, they can see how much I have spent on the same product for over 12 months and all I get is a sub-standard response My partial Account page from that supplier: 100138664 05/10/2013 Tim £49.92 100132207 03/09/2013 Tim £46.64 100120366 01/07/2013 Tim £62.33 100112291 30/05/2013 Tim £60.07 Pretty much all for the exact same juice each time. Hi with a spend like yours I would have thought they would want to keep your business I know I would after all e juice is high margin, I would get a test kit once you have an idea of the nic content that will give you the confidence to make a strong complaint. If you only use one flavour the it can't be a case of you changed your mind, and if the juice requires steeping then a delayed complaint should be no problem. We've moved house in March and have been refurnishing our new home and almost everything we had delivered has either being wrong or damaged, but the modern way seems to be just to ignore the problem and in the end you just have to just get dam right rude to get anywhere. I would test the juice and if the nic level is excessive tell them and insist they sort it out as the product does not coly with the consumer protection act (ie a health hazed) You could name and shame them, in the event they resolve the issue, the complaint becomes a good review for them.

Hi, If you can be sure that the nic content is too high then a phone call to Trading Standards would be in order. After all they are the ones who are regulating ecigs for now and this could be a safety issue. Phil

Personally I would be tempted to drop the manufacturer an email with the product details and the batch number and ask them if there had been any other quality issues reported. If there is any problems it is in their interest to have it brought to their attention and delt with as quickly as possible as the reputation of any company lives or dies on the quality of product they sell www.vermillionriverejuice.com/KentuckyVanilla-Blend-_p_39.html

Yes, we have already discussed batch numbers etc and they say they have tested them and they tasted a bit harsh but that was because the office staff use 12mg not 25mg. Now, I have been vaping this stuff for bloody ages and this is why I put my spend above, I do live on this stuff so I should know. I am getting a Nic testing kit, I am not going to trading standards because this will fuel an already smouldering fire concerning the public health aspect of vaping. I will however invoke my sister who is a senior partner at a legal firm if this doesn't get resolved, that should have a far higher shock to a company who is not prepared to take responsibility for their actions. In all honesty we are only talking about £30 or so, but as I said earlier it is the principle and safety of the thing. I am a European Customer Support Technical Manager for a big corporate company and if I started to treat my customers like this I would have my backside in a sling in seconds.

Oh, and this isn't one of the unknown small suppliers, it is one of the big boys so this is why I have an issue. If the big boys get it wrong and wave a couple of fingers at us when this proverbial hits the fan then what chance do we have.....?

seems the best thing for them would be just to swap your batch for a new lot tim, however you can't reason with stupid.

I totally agree that the treatment you have received is unreasonable. I just need to point out that it is not only nicotine that can make a juice harsh. The problem is still the same, as in you didn't get what you thought you were ordering, but a nicotine test may not "prove" the problem.
I hope you get it sorted out, and please name and shame if it isn't so nobody else goes through this unnecessarily.
