Dont know yet. We usually go to tesco on xmas eve and get the reduced meat. We often end up with a trolly load for a tenner. And it good fun not knowing what we will have untill then. Last year we had lamb, beef and turky breasts.

Nothing. Children with their dad so will be on my own from Christmas Eve.
Will probably curl up on the sofa with a couple of cats and a mug of tea.

As Usual i won't be cooking my lovely boyfriend does it all, i just get the food in as he hates doing the shopping and he cooks. So xmas eve will be Roast Pork served in large baps with apple sauce and gravy. Christmas Day is Turkey, and the accompinaments all come out the freezer apparantly he says the only way to do good cruncy veg is to ding them in the microwave. He thinks i can't cook which suits me fine so i get to do the dinner on Boxing Day, which is cold turkey Sandwiches..

Roast parsnips are something I discovered late in life.... I'm pretty sure they were the reason an oven was invented.

You never saw parsnips here, they were considered as animal food. They've only in the last year or so seen sense & you can get them most places now & they are on the menu for us tomorrow. As well as for Chrimbo!
