Thanks @freefromsmoking I will make this when I recoil my next one as I can see better how you make the legs to the connection screws as I'm doing them the opposite of yours and will do same with the cotton, but will try to get some organic cotton balls as the ones I got are pads and they make me crazy when it comes to roll them. My replacement SS deck was shipped on Boxing Day Jane so I reckon it won't be too long before they have shipped all the replacements and are able to start selling the deck to everybody.

You are very welcome melitahams   ....  I just use cheap cotton balls from my local pharmacy  ... as long as they are not scented I don't reckon it makes any real difference whether they are organic

You are very welcome melitahams   ....  I just use cheap cotton balls from my local pharmacy  ... as long as they are not scented I don't reckon it makes any real difference whether they are organic

But you boil them ? as what I have is 100% cotton wool but is bleached with oxygen is this good?

No boil  ...  just open the packet and use  ...  after 43 years smoking, my taste buds are pretty shot so I doubt that I could taste any difference if I boiled it and I doubt that any chemical in the cotton is any worse than the thousands of chemicals that I inhaled during 43 years smoking.   

ETA: It does say on the packet "Sterile cotton balls" so I reckon that will do for me

I just made a new coil and I made it as what you @freefromsmoking made it and it worked well . I will now look to see if I can get a new Taifun Gt clear tank to put it on.

Glad to hear that you had success with the micro coil and cotton build melitahams. What happened to your original clear tank section that you need a new one?

What I'm experiencing is that the dip tip is getting wet not with the juice but with water vapor any idea how not to have this or it's normal?

I never seem to get this condensation problem ... I always fire the coil for a second or two before and after taking a long slow draw to let the coil heat up properly and to burn off any excess juice ... I don't know if this is why I don't get the juice/condensation or what ever it is but this is the method that I was advised a long time ago and I never have this problem.

Nothing till now but just in case something will happen as I really like the Taifun as it was better I get 2 of them the vape lot better   and produce lot of clouds.
