VB taifun GT clone (can be set up as spheroid)

melitahams ... The Taifuns that Fasttech have been sending since 8/12/13 are SS decks ... that is why Kailey's had the SS deck.

The cotton cord that some people are trying is the stuff in this thread (5th post) allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/33984/first-vapemail-2014?page=1&scrollTo=604288 .... I have only been using normal cotton wool and I am having good results with that.

Ah ok I get that I guess I can find that easy to buy in here .The one I actually have is a bit yellowish in color as they use it for caulking the planks in boats, I will give that a try as for sure it will be easier to insert in the coil

Thanks @freefromsmoking that's exactly what I did, well the 510 pin and one screw actually, it was completely fubbered before I even got the chance to use it! The second post screw was stuck tight and won't budge, I'll try a wanted ad, thanks for getting back to me.

It sounds as if you need a complete base. Mine has scratches on it but it is complete. If you would still like it send me your address via PM and I will pop it in the post for you.

@johanino, melitahams, does the air tube from the base of the VB Taifun GT come off or is it fixed? The VB site says that their Taifun comes with a spare air tube in the box.

My VB Taifun GT came with a spare (different size) air tube.

Yes it comes out and it's suppose you have another one but you need to change it before you put the coil in the Taifun.

Just recieved the spare Ss tank from FT today, it got some small scratches on it
