I don't think many of us have much get up and go this time of the year, the weather is hardly invigorating either. Oh, I don't know. An hour on the Welsh hills with the Welsh doggy in near-hurricane winds is quite good for blowing away the hangover cobwebs.

Each to their own Djs, having got blown away/drowned on 3 occasions today walking the small furry one, I didn't feel de-cobwebed. Just pi$$ed off.

Ha ha blown away for sure, it's also seriously waterlogged up here so just permanently wet.
With regards to vaping and smoking ad tiredness, with me still doing both what I've noticed is vaping makes me more relaxed whereas cigs can make me tense.
Finding flavours I like now though and getting more of a craving for vape rather than cigs! Good news imo and makes me feel that I will get off these things at some point but cutting down in the meantime has been good.
I also think that we naturally get tired at this time of year due to the lack of sunlight and colder weather, I reckon we're more connected to nature than we think sometimes.

Time of year - not good for us, we are still resisting the urge to sleep at sunset and wake at sunrise, which at this time of year puts our body clocks severely out. Fresh air and exercise will definitely help but the weather does us no favours. Snoring - I am convinced that I don't snore as much as I did when I smoked, but that's of no consequence now as I sleep in ths spare room 'because I snore!' And more generically I am convinced with time that the effects of giving up tobacco has a much larger effect on our bodies that we give it credit for. After 40 years of smoking, I am still feeling my body adjusting after 15 months tobacco-free, and I am off to the docs on Friday (appointment permitting!) because I have a bit of a heart flutter which I am not unduly concerned about but am sure is another adjustment which the fags kept at bay.
