Since vaping I've noticed that at night I completely crash out and finding it hard to wake up!! Could be just me working hard ( which I doubt lol) but have only noticed this in the last few weeks .. Had anyone else experienced this at all?

I get sleepy when I've reached my nic limit, when I start yawning I know I've had enough for a few minutes (I also get niccups.) I didn't notice it being any harder than it already was to get up in the morning though.

Cigarette manufacturers put extra chemicals in cigs which increase endorphin production. This is to make you feel good when smoking and to keep you hooked. It's the lack of those that's producing the drowsiness, it will pass as your body gets rid of the effects of smoking tobacco

I find I sleep much better now I don't smoke . . . I'd be waking up every couple of hours before. And get up and go out for a ciggy.

I can't get to sleep and have been waking up 30 mins before my alarm recently. I think I preferred it the old "ciggy" way - Instant crash (less than 3 minutes) and then feeling rubbish in the morning. (hey, that's something really good (a bonus) about Vaping, then....) So, the opposite here. Whoops, rather unhelpful.

I find it keeps me awake to be honest. Assumed that was usual.
Though I have suffered from insomnia for as long as I can remember anyhow.
Last night had six hours sleep but regular only have three hours, or none at all. Thought was more regular since vaping and have been trying to cut back on a night.

Had anyone else experienced this at all? The last few seeks we have really plunged into winter, so perhaps a mild case of SAD? Try supplementing vit D. If it continues and gets worse have a chat with your GP.

Falling asleep and staying asleep are my noticeable changes in 'almost sleeping pattern'
I normally read a page and a half on my kindle and then fall asleep
But since vaping I find I wake up a few minutes later and have to have another read to well and truly put me under.
I blame the not being able to get up in the morning on the dark mornings/cold.

Had anyone else experienced this at all? Yip...been there!!! I started vaping just over a year ago and had the same issue....nodding off on the sofa etc etc. After asking questions, getting blood tests with no changes I did some research and came up with dehydration. Apparently vaping can cause this, which in turn can cause tiredness, so I upped my daily liquid intake which really helped. Recently though I've had the same tiredness problem so I'm starting to wonder if it's maybe that time of year when all we want to do is have duvet days lol!!

More likely to be coincidence, you taken to vaping at a time of year when I think everyone's energy levels are low thebaitrunner . . . but it's always worth going to your GP for a health check if it's not ' normal' for you to feel like this.
