Attempting to lower Nicotine strength!!

Cannot add much to whats already been writen, my method was I started on 18mg then slowly started mixing 1ml vg to every 10 nic juice, slowly upped it until I was using 9 vg to 10 juice, so about 10mg nic, but then had week recently with no time to mix so just went on straight 18mg juice again, starting the wean down process again.

must admit that the thought of being: nicotine addicted free, sounds fab! But I've been a complete slave to ciggies for over 30 years and am still amazed that its almost 2 months now, and I prefer vaping I'm so chuffed/amazed/thrilled/relieved that I am not planning to mess about with nicotine levels for a long long time

I remember an ex-b/f commenting ( yonks back when I tried quitting 20 years ago) that he'd seen people come off heroin easier --and with less withdrawals than me quitting fags so fact I 'do NOT smoke any more' is good enough for me

hah! I did a 6 week test on |QUITTING 'diet cola' and 'artificial sugar' made no difference why stress yourself I say

At the end of the day there's nothing to beat yourself up about really, if I vaped 36mg for the rest of my days then what the hell? I wouldn't be smoking and that's what every single one of us is here for right?

For me I stopped because I lost a mate and could see myself going the same way in the next ten years, but the idea was to give up smoking, and tbh I couldn't but I found vaping an acceptable replacement. I enjoy it and it's become a bit of a hobby with collecting atties and mixing juice, but I think I want to leave it eventually, if only because that's what the original intention was with smoking, but that's just me.

I don't get a rush off the nic any more, it's more about the flavour and the action of vaping but that's ok with me because the final goal I guess is to not bother anymore, but that's just personal choice. I'm not smoking and that's the be all and end all for many of us.

I'v just got my first batch of 12mg Nicotine Strength Juice today, it's Flavs I have been Vaping at 18mg previously and am using the same Devices, an iClear30 iClear30sand a Generic Bottom Double Coil tank so I'm trying to keep all the other Variables as they were for the moment. I thought I was Vaping more this afternoon (I was) and it was down to the decrease in Nicotine (I had a stressful phonecall about my Mother) but I realised I hadn't used any 12mg and was still using the 18mg I had in my tank!!

Is right, it's only nic at the end of the day!

I have at least 15 coffees a day, and an instant coffee for me has at least a two spoons of goulash in it!

if I tried reducing my caf the same as I have my nic, there'd be bodies on the streets of Wirral!

I started on 18mg, went upto 24mg then 30mg.

Now going back down and have 3 different strengths on the go.

18mg first thing in the morning, 16mg during the day and 12mg in the evening when at home.

When I have my next mixing session I will do the evening mix at 8mg.

What ever you do to reduce your levels keep a small supply of your normal strength for those times when you may need a more of a nic hit.
