Went shopping yesterday, and all was busy but peaceful. Thought I'd go a bit earlier today, around midday, and struggled to find a parking space in a massive car park.
The looks on the faces of the shoppers was stressed and frightening... one wrong move or saying and I'm sure they would have murdered. Couples with 3 or 4 trollies piled high with food and pressies, most of the food probably destined for the waste bin in a few days time.
Ho, Ho, ******* Ho! ???

Oh the credit card buying. Buy now and pay later and before it's paid off its Christmas 2014.
I suppose it could be worse by having a provident loan and then having to go shopping with the loons. No offence to all the normal people caught up shopping with the loons.

I've just gone carol singing and didn't come back with a bean. I will have to try your favourite show the X factor next year lol (sorry)

Pressie shopping finished a few weeks ago, alarm set for 6:30 tomorrow morning, Tesco superstore by 7am for fresh stuff and out by 8am. Then I'm done! It will be crazy for the next 4 days, anyone would think the shops were shut for a month instead of a day!

My shopping regime, i know this may look a bit extreme but it tells me what i need to order from Asda and Iceland via online shopping, i create a menu every month (don't do weekly shopping) so it also helps me not buy crap i don't need if i as to trolly bash down the aisles............ January menu.......yes i know it's not exotic and very militarily but we have no choice, four kids are hard to please as they all moan that they like this but don't like that so it's very hard to please:  Junk food i know but what the hell, if the kids are happy and eating i am happy, we did try the healthy eating side of things but the kids ain't having it. Now you see why Pepperty why you are lucky that your OH has not got the bad side of OCD  |

Ha! I have Christmas sussed, leave man to do an online shop for Xmas, he orders everything for the roast xmas dinner as he cooks it - was the deal before I agreed to marriage= "I never cook Christmas roast dinner" He'll have spent £100 and besides the dinner, there wont be enough ordered to make any other meal but we are bound to drown in goodies  crackers, cheese, biccies, choc, puddings, no basics! I'll just carry on cleaning up after everyone - fair deal  |

Long way away but looking forward to the kids moving out (gonna cry i know) but atleast i can change the menu to good old grubby food, the only savior is Sunday's and even then it's just roast chicken as the kids hate all other meats |
