It seems simple to me, if you cant actually do the job or wont do bits of it (for whatever reason) you shouldn`t apply. That`s not religious or bigotted, it`s just common sense.

There was a story in the local newspaper a few months back of a Muslim bus drives not allowing a guide on on his bus.

Absolutely outrageous. He kept his job. We're I the owner of that company he'd have been fired the instant I found out about it.

It seems people are scared when it comes to religion. Appalling actions that are religion based seem to be excused.

We need to stop pandering.

I live in Bradford and went on Honeymoon to Turkey this year.

I have lived in Muslim areas of Bradford and experienced the good and bad.

When in Turkey, it opened ny eyes to see that Muslims do not have to be the Muslims we see over here. Nobody wore berkas, people drank although didn't eat pork. Everyone seemed 'normal', they were like how most Christians are today.

I believe that in the uk, we have a lot more extremists who continue to push the boundaries of what they can get away with due to religious beliefs and the uk are too afraid to do anything against them in fear of been considered racist.

The mass majority of Muslims are nice and simply get on with there lifes and respect the fact that this is not a Muslim country. It's just the extremists who are doing stuff like this or the ones who feel they need to prove some sort of point.

Yeah and the bible believing christians are being persecuted which gets me. Moslems get away with everything. If that was a bible believing christian refusing to serve someone in M+S for whatever biblical reason (though can't think of one) then am sure M+S would not have been so willing to bend the knee

Oh!! They are definitely real. My 6yr old granddaughter had her first visit a couple of months back. I told her a white lie and said dragonflies are tooth fairies. Now, if she spots one by the river bank she goes into meltdown!
