Happy Christmas from a Newbie!

Happy Christmas everyone and a big thank you from me.

I have been lurking here for a few weeks now and having just registered I thought it best to introduce myself.
I have smoked for twenty's years and have wanted to stop for ages but my willpower is Zero. A friend recommended e cigarettes so I did some research and decided that I had nothing to lose- and everything to gain from giving it a go.
I bought an Ego ce4  about 10 days ago and now I only have about 3 cigs a day! I am really pleased with myself!
Just a couple of questions for you all...... Although my batteries are fine I gather they wear out relatively quickly. Which ones would u recommend for use with a clearomizer? 
Also... The juice I am using is called Highway. I got this from a shop and can't find it online.  I can find 555 highway and am wondering if it could be the same thing...

Your ego battery will indeed be OK & you can use it with anything that has a 510/ego thread.

I can't help with the Highway juice as I've never heard of it before.

Yeah, no clue what juice you've been using as I've never heard of it before, but you'll be struggling for cohesive/educational replies over the next 48 hours because we're all on it.

That said, hang tight and the more cohesive of the bunch will definitely help you asap.

Congrats on finding Vaping.

Highway is probably a sweet and nutty tobacco. 555 (in general) is quite a dry and less nutty vape, but they are all different.

Triple 5 from Dekang is my ADV (all day vape), it's not exactly lovely, so I don't over-vape it and it is "smokey" enough.

LT ecigs do a "3 five", which is very light tobacco with a taste of white and pink marshmallow... (it's Odd, with a capital O)
They also do a 555 Gold, which is light tobacco with more nutty and vanilla.

Have a look around on their website. Plenty to choose and good prices too.

Oh, and batteries (good ones) should do 200 charges or more. They get worse over time, like a mobile phone.

After a few drinks I typed a long reply and promptly lost it whilst trying to post it! I blame the alcohol!
When I bought the ego etc I really didn't have much of a clue and took the advice of the people in the shop ( which wasn't much help on reflection) I asked for the most popular e juice and was given highway 18mg. This has been fine but I would love to know what you all recommend.
Going to post this before I lose it again!!

hi juice is very subjective as we all have different tastes ! Personally I can't abide tobacco flavours and have spent a fortune on different flavours ! Loved mocha and capachino for a while but after swapping and changing most days I tend to just vape red Astaire by t juice , you could try joose juice site who do 10ml for 1.50 to sample a few but bear in mind they are freshly made and need steeping i.e just put in a dark place for a week or 3 ! Trying all the flavours is the most fun !

Batteries don't last forever unfortunately so get yourself a couple of spares. One that is getting good reviews at the moment and although it is vv/VW is hassle free is the MVP which you can but from most good ecig vendors. Myepack seem to be the cheapest.

Quite a few of us use joosejuice for eliquid as they are very reasonably priced. Where ever and what ever flavour you buy get 5ml or 10ml samples to start with before in buying large bottles. Joosejuice as do bogof in their 30ml bottles which they don't advertise. Check out the vendors list at the top of the board, good links and discount codes.
