I haven't had that happen, Nicky. Try a different e-juice and see if it still happens.

i was using a carto with cinnammon in it, no drip tip although i did try a drip tip but that burnt too, i'm just going to try a different carto.
i really want to get it right tonight because i am due back in work tomorrow ( after 6 weeks off.) and i intent to only take my e cig with me so i won't be tempted to have a nasty!!

It could be the Cinnammon I suppose Nicky, not sure how the flavouring is made to get that spicy flavour . . . have you another flavour juice you could try, to see if the same thing happens?
