Nicky, is it a LR carto? if so, they can get hot & are best to use with drip tips - in fact I find all cartos are best with drip tips  Same here Perpy, with the metal ones. |

Have just filled a new cart and seems ok but a bit slow to get going, not had this problem before and have been using the cinnamon for a while now.
