I wonder how all this affects the Shisha explosion. Down this way it's the in thing to do. It got me thinking as to how all this new regulation relates to that. The only difference between shisha and vaping is the addition of nicotine as far as I can see.
Will the sale of shisha sticks/pens or mods as we know they really are, be restricted? What about shisha liquids? There isn't any nicotine?

They have gone mad around here.

I suspect it will be like ebay. e-cigs banned, everybody gets around it by selling e-shisha.

and then the kids will still buy nic' juice online.

A lot of the local teens are using the Shisha pens / mods. Others are using ecigs because they can go to the local inshops and buy them without needing any ID, they can't buy fags without a load of hassle but ecigs are easy.

Well, let's just hope the red tape idiots have overlooked this loophole regarding the rest of our vaping problems, leaving us free to buy shisha hardware and liquids that we can just top up with our moonshine nicotine stashes!

I feel the same, GunJack & just now screamed at the TV, as Mathew Wright was saying most of his friends smoke e-cigs.

As for the shisha pens, they look to be aimed at kids, so let's see what happens with them.

ATEOTD, I'd rather see a kid who already smokes, vaping, than cuffing on a fag.

Agreed!

Along with TOXINS!!!111 and Anti-freeze, we don't know what's in them, they are unregulated, they don't contain the levels of nic they say they do and they are a gateway to fags/dope/crack/meth whatever.

If either of my boys start smoking I will buy them their own ecig.
I don't care if they are under 18, the government may not care for their health till they are 18 but I do.
What I say with my boys goes... I couldn't give two flying f**ks what big Gov think, especially when I know better (which on e-cigs it just so happens I do.)

I'll not encourage smoking or vaping but with the wife being a smoker and me being a vaper I consider one of them inevitable.

I remember how well punishments, begging, bribery and conversation worked when I was young from my parents with both myself and my sister.

27 years later I was still smoking till I switched.
My sister still smokes.

It's not inevitable they will smoke or vape kibbster My 19 year old son has never smoked. My daughter smoked for a couple of years then gave up when she wanted to start a family
