I need some help here guys, just messed up one of my mixes. This is what I already had mixed up: 5ml of juice at 13mg nic & 10% flavour, using VG based nic @72mg - no PG in my mixes I then transferred to a 10ml bottle & wanted to get overall strength up to 20% so I added 30% flavouring to another 5ml - all ok, but this is where I messed up: Instead of using 0.9 nic & 2.6 VG into this extra 5ml I added 1.8 nic & 1.7 VG so according to my calculations I now have 10ml @ 20mg nic but I need to get it back down to 13mg nic. How the hell do I do that? Also taking into account that I've only got about another 2ml of space left in my 10ml bottle ??? I had 2 sets of calculations on one piece of paper and flippin read the wrong set when adding the nic and VG idiot that I am

Don't matter, forget it. I decided to make up a 10ml bottle mixed at 6.5mg strength and then mixed the two together to get a total of 20mls down to 13mg nic Now I've got 2 x 10ml bottles of milk chocolate toffee - just hope I'm gonna like it

enjay & Steve (VapeStorm) I actually tried the milk chocolate toffee on my dripper at 10% flavouring and it was rather nice, just a bit too weak which is why I wanted to strengthen up the flavour, well double the flavour, and that's when I totally cocked everything up. I had a really good mixing session with 9 flavours and was doing so well till I got to adapting this chocolate toffee one - had a couple more to do after but decided to give it a rest after the cockup and do the others tomorrow instead, when I'm more fresh. Did my head in when I cocked up and couldn't for the life of me think how to get round it till I thought ok make one at a lower strength and mix together - what a dippy nitwit Tomorrow I'll be mixing rhubarb with pie crust to get rhubarb pie flavour - thought I'd do 15% rhubarb and 5% pie crust - how does that sound????? I've also got some dulce de leche - what exactly does this flavour do?????? I believe it's added to other flavours but what exactly does it achieve by adding it? I was just gonna make up a 10ml bottle of it and when steeped add it to some flavours in the tank to see what difference it makes, not quite sure what to do with it

toots dulce de leche is like condensed milk, sweet and carmelly toffee kind of taste, well thats what its is in culinary terms (im a chef) so assuming its the same in eliquid flavourings lol. the rhubarb pie sounds great. Id have thought rhubarb could be quite strong and tart so would start at 10% then adjust if needed

I've been using the Ejuice Me Up calculator, so if that's what you use, double check what I suggest. I started by looking at what you would need if you were going to do a 12ml mix using your formula of: 13mg nic & 10% flavour, using VG based nic @72mg. However, it doesn't work out (as far as I understand), as you've already added too much nicotine base. So then I had a look at a 15ml mix. This gives the same amount of nicotine at 13mg strength that you require. So first of all your going to need a bigger container to mix this. So, as far as I understand it, at the moment you have 2.7ml nicotine base; 4.49ml VG and 2ml Flavouring. For a 15ml mix you need 2.71ml nicotine base; 9.29ml VG and 3ml Flavouring. You have the Nicotine base sorted for this amount so you just need to add 4.8ml VG and 1ml flavouring (or 30 drops). Although of course your gonna need a bigger container to mix and another 5ml bottle.

Id have thought rhubarb could be quite strong and tart so would start at 10% then adjust if needed The ones I've used certainly are . . . 8-10% is more than sufficient for me combined with other flavours. Dulce de Leche is another strong flavour I find, too much and it tastes like rubber bands - not that I've ever vaped one.
