help and advise

hey all
After reading though all your post for the last few hours i am still confused ??? and was wondering if any one would be kind enough to help.
i have approached my doctor today about changing to a e cig but as there are so many unregistered ones on the market they couldn't tell me which are safe and which are not.
i smoke 10-15 LnB's a day and am finding my lungs are taking a hammering but i don't want to give up smoking so this seems a good idea.
if any of you were in a similar situation to me could you advise me on the best products to buy i have read about the eliquid but am sure i have seen a type of ecig that comes ready loaded which i like the sound of.

We can't say for certain that e-cigs are 100% safe - but they are a lot less harmful than real cigarettes.

Some starter kits do come with 5 prefilled cartridges & a few suppliers sell them separately. However, your choice will be limited & refilling with juice works out so much cheaper.

Most folks to begin with want an e-cig close in size to a real cig, however, the smaller the e-cig, the more often you will have to recharge it. So do you mind an e-cig about the size of a cigar instead?

im not sure i mind the look of it to begin with as when im more happy with what i like then i may buy a smaller one for when im on a night out e liquid ones sound like the way forward what do you think is the best on the market
