My Type of job keeps me fairly fit and strong (roofer) but since I packed up the rolys I feel like I have gained a 3rd lung. Not smoking means getting more work done aswell as I have less breaks. The difference is night and day up and down the ladder.
I got the mountain bike out the other day, gave it the once over and went for a ride and was surprised that I didn't run out of breath as before. Happy days....

Not done any exercise but do have a ten minute walk uphill to train station and ten minute plus other end.
Have found I don't get out of breath when rushing and seem to be walking much faster!
The last minute 10 yard sprint to catch q train on platform doesn't ruin me now either lol

Some good/funny answers.
I'm just trying gauge whether, replacing the cigs with vaping, has given people a 'new lease of life' or, extra energy to burn.

Speaking personally, I think it's a bit of both! I feel twenty years younger, and when I do exercise, I can do more for longer (I'm talking about walking, you smutty beggars!).

Flip side to stamina improving - I get bored and, start thinking what time the footy is on

No more of that disgusting tar/poisons - pumped into your body. Replaced with that lovely taste of, Cigarillos or Eden

Only health benefit I've really noticed is I don't have a crushing pain in my chest anymore when I walk and my heart rhythm is more normal now. I still get out of breath when I do have to move, but that would be the "not very fit" part
