Any of you exercise now we're all non-smokers?

I used to love kayaking - I had three boats before I moved to Austria a few years ago. Pretty jealous.

I go to the gym most days, which I did before I stopped smoking unless I was ill - which I quite often was, and these days never am.

I don't do much at the gym when I get there - work up a mild sweat & come home again. Its the thought that counts - thats what I tell myself anyway .

I've noticed my "Bits" are more active than when I was smoking

So Wifey is suffering the benefits of that

unfortunately exercise is difficult with a shot knee that needs replacing but if it warms up should be able to hoof it a bit with the dog without getting out of breath

Run 2 miles a day , 4 days of the week, did this when I smoked and do this now that I vape.

Much easier now that I've stopped ciggies.

Unfortunately vaping isn't a cure for laziness and because I'm in my 40s, work in an office all day and drive to work I have ballooned somewhat
None of which can be blamed on vaping either.

Oooops....forgot the 'm' in km, but I'd just returned from a farewell do.  Three full days of drink, madness and very little sleep.  The brain is still a bit foggy!  Was going to do a mixing session today, but have decided against it.

doing house work everyday is enough exercise the hoovering is a killer!

I walk my dog twice a day, he is only ickle so 1 hr each run and he is happy. I also do all the cleaning every day, windows are a bugger thats a whole days excercise for me.
Not forgetting the shopping trips to town and food shopping, yes, I do get enough excercise for my age.

About the same as before.....however Mrs C has had an increase in activity... every time postie brings vapemail she jumps to the conclusion it's for her!!
