yesterday in our pub a nice young lad, who is also vaping had an atty, which looked like a bigger evod. He got it as a present. It had engraved 'aspire' and he was told that you don't need to replace any coils. Tried to find it - but can't. Are there any other great atties, which don't need coil replacement. ? Because as much as I love my protanks - they 'eat' just to many coils for my taste. thanks

I think he must have been mistaken Clivia, as I'm pretty sure if there was such a thing, we'd all be trying it! If it was one of these then they do have replaceable coils. They're great tanks though

All coils die given enough abuse/time. I've got a couple of Aspire BDC clearos and they are excellent, but they most definitely need coil replacements like any other atty.

There's no heating element/coil that lasts forever, yet anyway Clivia . . . they all need replacing, whether it's a rebuildable or otherwise. Micro coils are probably the longest lasting, but you'd still need to change the filler/de-crud the wire. The juice that you use affects their longevity, if you get a week out of a Protank coil then that would be good to me.

There are quite a few different types of aspire out there. They are good attys. Won't be good for long if you don't change the coil though Being dual coil the coil will last longer, but it still needs changing just like every other coil out there. Rebuilding means you make your own coils, but you still need to do that instead. Basically coils don't last forever it is the nature of the beast.

If you do have a look at getting one, the coils in all of the Aspire BDCs are interchangeable, except for the Nautilus.

Having fallen for its looks and watched a few incredibly positive youtube reviews, it is at the top of my list of things to buy. 27 days and counting until payday...

I love it BrenD... so much so, that I bought a second. It's really well made... managed to knock mine off the kitchen counter onto the stone tiles and the glass didn't break! I was amazed. Anyway, it vapes really well and looks the business on top of my Zmax mini... And I fill her up in the morning, and forget about it... even on a chain vaping day, I can't get through 5ml... I've seen mention of leaking and gurgling, but have had no problems with leaking at all, and the only time she gurgles is when my battery drops below 3.5v, so time to change it anyway! Would thoroughly recommend and despite the hefty price tag, for a non-rebuildable, worth every penny. The coils are a bit pricey, but I've put about 10 tanks of Monkey Jizz through my first one and only now am I starting to feel the coil start to drop off.

Was thinking about a nautilus myself but tbh an Aspire Nova lasts me most of the day as I use two different flavours at once on two different devices. Can't really justify the expense.

I have been playing with the aspire ce5 and et for the last week or so and can say that they are a great vape so far, if i had a bigger device I would probably have a nautilus myself!
