dont forget the crate for your vape gear and lots of bubble wrap
wrap up all the kitchen gear you dont need straight away all your spare stuff and take it to your new place just tell them you are measuring the windows and put them in the cupboards then you have the boxes to refill

Nope. It can't get any better, and you are right (as usual) don't give up. I was so down in the dumps last night. I laid in bed thinking about the last 4yrs and how nothing seemed to go right for us. I was beginning to seriously get depressed again.

Don't give up. Don't give in. Bide your time. I know it is easier said than done, and I do feel for the likes of Jason et al. In some ways I even feel bad posting my good news, but I guess at least it shows you can turn things round, and I sincerely hope that all those going through stress for whatever reason, gets things sorted.

Dolly that's fantastic news. I read yesterday's post and I can't imagine how you felt but 24 hours later I bet your ecstatic. Your emotions have been put through the ringer but what a right result in the end. Well done both of you for having the stamina to go the distance and getting past the winning post in first place. The photo's are amazing.

I think you should give Mr Dolly more than 10% wardrobe space - only saying like.

Woohoo! Good idea for the thread.

The boxes came from belonging to a website called Streelife. Also we are on Freecycle. Both of them have people in your local area who either want stuff or are giving it away and it matches people up. We put ad on saying we needed packing boxes and someone emailed us within 2hrs. It very handy.

+1 for Freecycle I nabbed 60 Pickfords removal boxes for a friend the other week. Included 5 wardrobe boxes with hanging rails.

It's such a great idea. No money is allowed to change hands. All free. I think it all started as a recycling attempt to stop waste, but it has grown globally now. When we came back from Australia, we had to wait for ages for our stuff to be shipped back here. We managed to get ourselves everything from fridge freezer, washing machine and various pieces of furniture. The washing machine was so good we still have it! Came from a well healed family who had only owned it a year and moved houses their new place had an integrated washer, so they shoved our one in the garage. It has never missed a beat and still going strong 4yrs later, although I think the rubber sills are starting to wear.

Ah huh, not heard this. What pans don't/do work on the induction hob? Never owned one before.
