Hello everybody, I just got a new Kangertec yesterday, but because the tank is the same colour as the battery, I can't tell if its plastic or glass. There's a wee window but I can't figure it out. Can somebody here please tell me. Thankyou. ???

No it was a starter pak, evod, there were 2 batteries, 5 extra coils, 1 charger and two tanks, already on the batteries. I have been reading about some e juices cracking and melting the plastic tanks and hoped I had a glass one. If I haven't, could I put a glass one on. Thanks for all the help.

yes you can crazyquilter the obvious one would be the Mini Protank (whichever version, 1,2, or 3) If you get a -2, the coil heads are interchangeable with the evod ones, so wins all-round. Not many juices can crack plastic tanks, mainly citrus and cinnamon-type ones.. I'm sure there's a list on here somewhere, maybe someone can point you at it

GunJack is right. evods are good, mini Protanks are marginally better and are Pyrex....

Hi crazyquilter sounds like you got the evod kit so it's plastic tanks you can get glass ones now but they are so new not many in stock anywhere. They are evod2's and just being released here in the meantime you could get a protank mini 2's which is Pyrex glass and fits nicely. I have got mainly these and have bought 1 of the new protank mini 3's which are dual coils they do however seem to spit a lot and I wouldn't recommend them.

Thanks everybody, you are all great, don't know what I'd do without you. After hearing about the juices which can melt the tanks, I got a mega fright. I threw everything out which might be suspect. I need to study the list Perpetua pointed me to. Thanks Perpetua. I am wondering though if there's any juices that any of you avoid.
