Been Testing this all day, and seems fine, but i read that stacking batteries is dangerous. I managed to get 2x 18350s + a kick in a nemesis. and running at 13w with a voltage output reading of around 4-5v and its been fine. though the atty gets really warm/hot when chain vaping lol
i read though that its completely safe if you use 2x of the same battery type + i am using a kick so the voltage is regulated with some safety aswell.... the only thing i can get to make it even more safe is to get a fuse. i know for a fact a fuse would fit in the nemesis aswell... the reason why im doing this is not for the lenth of time the batterys last as they last the same but the voltage output is much improved.
whats your thoughts on this guys, have others around here stacked ?

I would never recommend stacking batteries in any device.

Aye I agree it's one of the big ' you shouldn't do it' I know people get away with it , but things can go wrong, better to be safe then tomorrow's article in anti vaping news.

Not sure why you'd do it if your regulating the volts back down? Never done it myself, too much of a faff pairing batterys, remembering to swap them round each time you put in mod, testing them to check one is not failing etc.... fairly frowned upon on this forum, read others doing it on other forums so if you are determined to do it then you might be best getting advise there. And personally, I wouldn't do it, but that just me.

I could be wrong, but if its getting hot easily could one battery be pushing/pulling current through the other, doesn't sound good.....but I could be talking out me rear.

So why do it? Mostly experimenting also the extra power you get from 2x18350s vs 1x 18650 is much better. but the warnings and risks really outweigh the pro`s so like i said above, im back to single again....

Thought people stacked to get theoretical 8.2 volts..... but your kick is stopping that anyhow.

Agree with above, 13 Watts is 13 Watts. If your getting more power with stacked batteries then perhaps you need a new 18650s.

I stack identical 18350s in my Vamo ... It doubles the available voltage .... And therefore increases the available wattage ... Many will tell you it's a bad thing to do ... I've looked into it a lot and provided you use good batteries, ideally of the same make and condition, charged at the same time you should be ok

You could do all that stacking biz or you could change your coil to give you more of a hit with lower watts.
