That's not something I ever thought I'd say until I discovered e-cigs and vaping! I started having the odd fag when I was eleven years old, shame, I was 45 last month and I've packed up many times using all of the pharmaceutical support as well as good old will power, I'd last 3 weeks - 3 months then cave in and be back to square one.

I really dislike smoking nowadays, the stench turns my face wonky, so I'd be buggered if I couldn't vape because I couldn't go back to the cigs either. Being a member on this board with all of your good advice and support has been what's made it easy, if it was down to me I'd have fliers for AAEC in all the cessation clinics, the stop rate would soar!
