Well, I just threw my provari/kayfun at the wall in annoyance at the ******* kayfun leaking all the time, and broke the provari. Thankfully I have an itaste spare and some atty I don't recall the name of that works. I won't be going back to recoilables, great as they are when they work, they're too fiddly!

First of all, sorry to hear about your trouble with the kayfun. It's not prone to leaking and the problem can only be in one of a few places, so if you want a hand with it when in a calmer mood let us know. Second of all, if you're prone to hurling things against the wall, have an ego in your pocket ready for your rage

Sorry to hear you are having a bad vape day, unfortunately it can be very stressful at times , perhaps the provari will be mendable ?

They only leak when they're sucking in air usually, mine was, I'd dropped it and knocked the tank squint on the threading and hadn't noticed. Rebuilt it a few times then suddenly realised it was squint just as I was starting to lose patience. Anyway got it straightened out and it's back to being perfect every time now.

I can't be doing with leaky attys any more, there's a fortune to be made by someone who can make a rebuildable that doesn't leak. It's the bane of them.

Yeh but the kayfun only leaks if there's something wrong with it, if it's in order it never leaks a drop. I use mine 24/7 with no issues at all other than what I said above. it is a genuine one though, whether that makes a difference or not I don't know.

A rebuildable that doesn't leak under ANY circumstance is nigh on impossible. The Kayfun is pretty much as good as it gets.. Main reasons for a leak is the top oring not being in place properly, or overfilling. Oh, and the filling valve can be a pita sometimes (but is easily fixed) I've got 5 kayfuns on the go and haven't suffered a single leak since I bought them. Take a sit down, do whatever you can to calm down and have a lok at the damage. I'm pretty sure it can all be salvaged, just a case of cost.. If you don't want to bother with them, stick them up for sale (obviously be honest about damage) and someone will no doubt take them off your hands to rid you of them.

I know how you feel davetherayon I came so close to taking a hammer to my Aerotank, I actually warned it "If you leak again I'm gonna smash you with a hammer" and I would have gladly done it as well but it stopped leaking, so glad because I love it now

Why can't it just be easy?
The moment vapeing becomes just that? probably will be the time i give it up. What do i mean by that? i don't mind the odd leak, dry hit, gurgleing cos 9 times out of 10 i can overcome them. i don't mind getting a squape from china doing a fix on the 510 center pin and that fix? still holding firm a month later. The way i see it is the chinese mass produce them with their faults, and us brit's put them right. i also have two kayfuns that both work a treat. (both clones) The strange thing is? we are all looking for that perfect vape, and we have the perfect vape (if you can find the right juice) until something new comes along, and thats just around the corner. And try and get hold of an ego dead battery, you can throw that against the wall as many times as you like. I have not got a provari, but is it not still the most respected mod a vaper could have?

Always have something to fall back on that you enjoy using when rebuildables aren't going well . . . a change is as good as a rest and very often after a break from the frustration, you can go back to the source of annoyance with fresh eyes and renewed interest. I think anyway davetherayon.

svoemesto-manual.de/ - you might find it useful to download the appropriate user manual for the Kayfun you have (I have a Russian clond, but it's as near as dammit to the KFL that the manual is ideal!). I had a few problems with leaking after filling, until I checked the manual, and now have no problems whatsoever.

Well, I found the bits of my Provari (the button had flown off onto the floor, which is when you regret having carpets), the top had come away with the bottom bit of the kayfun, and the circuit board was sticking out of the top. After finding the button... reassembling it... wedging the kayfun off with a screwdriver, and popping another atty on it ... ... IT STILL WORKS! Good grief, Provaris are made of nails and bricks
