I've a confession to make. Last night I succumbed and had a drag of a fag. The vape wasn't touching the sides. So got a cig and had a drag put it out immediately, but am super disappointed in myself!!!

I'm sure we have all had moments like that.

I lit one for someone about a month after I started vaping. Hated it. It did make me realise that vaping is much better. Not been tempted again since that day.

Like Steve says Natz, no big deal whatsoever.

The fact you've not just finished a full packet shows the strength you have.

Perhaps keep a bit of higher Nic liquid for situations like that

Aww Nats dont be annoyed with yourself you are doing well! just put it down to a blip it happens. I almost did it today just had one of those moments when like you say you long for that drag to do the job! Put it behind you it was just a drag

It's no biggie Nats as everyone has said . . . and if you did have the odd ciggie, when you really, really felt like one . . . it'd still be no biggie.

I nearly had a ciggy yesterday evening as I was out and my carto ran out of juice. But I managed to resist until I got home. Then I remembered I keep a 10 motives disposable in my bag for such emergencies

I always have some cigarettes available, even though I've not smoked for 6 weeks. I also carry some with me whenever I'm out of the house. Knowing they're there is a bit like having a safety net, if that makes sense.

I've still got an open pack with 16 ciggies in it, 18 months on.

Would I smoke them, yes I absolutely would, without a moment's hesitation and without any guilt whatsoever.

I wouldn't feel guilty if I decided to have a cig, plenty of people smoke here and there but mainly vape. After everything you have been through I would prob had a few fags. No need for guilt at all xxx
