Seen this on another forum and works quite well. Vendors get nominated and then we all vote on our favourite vendor for that month.
Details need ironing out but just a thought.

I think it's a bad idea, vendors work really really really hard and if you make favourites then the others get jealous. Next thing you know there will be fighting between vendors, you'll have to take everyone's ice cream away and send them all to bed!! Bad Vendor!! Why did you punch him?? Hmmm?!?
This is a topic you should just draw a veil over and walk away, before we have Vendorageddon...

It's not for me personally I must admit . . . these sort of Popularity Contests can be very divisive and cause bad feeling on all sides. We've just had something similar at work amongst the staff - who gives the best customer service etc, etc categories. It's caused a fair bit of ill will and rather than uniting everyone, has had the opposite effect.  |
