Hi all, Iv been reading a lot on here people saying how good the protank two with air flow control is. Now I've not advanced past the evod clero tank yet. Which I like and I'm getting a good vape off with a vision spinner. But I would l like to try something else too. What I'd like to know is dose the air flow control really make that much difference to the vape and if so what dose it Change or make better about it.
I'm not looking to order anything straight away, I have another evod on orders and some more heads with a lower omr too try. But I may order in the next couple of weeks
Cheers

1. The first model airflows were rubbish. I bought two - neither worked. (Thanks to those Vendors for that....) 2. The Kanger one actually replaces the entire base, meaning you can turn it from no air to lots of air. It works. Recommended. I like it halfway. A bit like my tea, my beer, my women and my everything else. (apart from my opinion... )

Airflow is one of the many variables that can affect the vape experience. The most obvious one is that many people prefer either an "airy" draw (easy) or a "tight" draw (harder to suck). Changing the amount of air that is drawn across the coil also affects how much actual vape is produced. One of the most interesting affects of airflow (for me) is it's potential to prevent or cause leaks and gurgles. If the preasure on the inside of your clearo is different than outside then liquid is forced into the wrong place. You can play with the idea without an airflow controller, with how much you tighten your clearo onto your battery. Also some ego connections allow more airflow (the small indents on the top of the ego connection are slightly different on different brand batteries, I find that can make quite a large difference) Unfortunately it gets a little complicated as airflow is only 1 variable that affects your vape. Different people, different liquids, different clearos and even different temperatures will all have different "ideal" airflows It is a good thing to play about with

You know what I have always wondered, why the feck doesn`t someone come out with a driptip which you can adjust the airflow on. Something with a fine adjuster so you can get it exactly as you want it. Would that work? or am I living up to my disclaimer below

there is a big difference for the protank2 with and without the airflow - with it makes vaping easy and enjoyable - without it I it's hard to vape

Which is why I like the Nautilus which gives 4 options to play with to try different vapes, and IMO is a superior design to the Aerotank. I do not own the Aerotank, so I have only formed my opinion from watching zillions of reviews of the Aerotank. I don't fancy buying one in case it proves to be a disappointment to me and a bit of a waste of money. It believe that these tanks with adjustable airflow controls makes for a better vaping experience, and look forward when perhaps more are on the market with this feature, and different ways of implementing it. I have ordered an airflow adapter that is usually added to Kanger tanks, but being a 510 connection it can be used on any tank. I bought it mainly as a protector for the 510 threads on my Mods, and, to add an airflow control to those other tanks I have, like the iClear X.1, 30 and 30S, just to see if it makes a bit of difference.

I think only the protank 3 comes with one - but if you get the protank 2 you need to order one extra - myepack has both and together it's about 11 pounds
