What is the attraction of `cloud chasing` ???. No extra flavour produced ???

Just scares and alienates people close by, just not in my mind give correct thoughts to peeps seeing `clouds`.

Nor me all it did was get my atty red hot and kill my battery in half the time.
From what I've seen so far on youtube etc is it just seems to be about outdoing each other with the biggest cloud. Riptrippers a good example of the obsession.
In fact it reminds me of who's bass box can make the biggest noise in thier car syndrome lol

I've been sub ohm'ing full time anywhere between 0.2-0.7 ohms for the past 4/5 months. For me it's more about the clouds and the smoother taste, I just find it somewhat satisfying blowing massive clouds. I vape 100% VG 8mg and it doesn't really do anything for throat hit, anything above 80/20 on a sub ohm would probably kill your throat. I once tried 50/50 24mg on sub ohm and it caused my chest to ache. I do like throat hit and flavour but I wouldn't do this with a sub ohm build, I'd use a kick, >1.0 ohms and dig out a higher PG mix.

Never go under 1ohm myself, 1.2 ohms is about right for me.
Special drippers, special batteries, all for a bit more vapour and a bit more heat.
Don't get it myself.

Fake viewing IMO.......vape safe and enjoy, nothing wrong with a good old Kanger tank and a basic ohm head.....it's about giving up stinkies not filling a room with VG

Different strokes for different folks - there are many ways to vape, none of it is wrong.

I've never got into it, like Roscopecotrain I tend to vape at 1.2ohms quite happily. When I've given it a try I've found it too harsh for me, but I vape 50/50 12mg and it may not be suitable.

I can kind of see why people would at least try it, massive clouds etc. Doesn't appeal to me in the slightest. I'm getting massive TH from a Vamo V5 on standard dual coils, too much in fact. I've started looking for 60/40 liquids to reduce the TH from the harder hit.

Currently vaping 24mg hol minotaur on 0.8 ohm coil in a kayfun lite and I find it gives a full flavoured very smooth vape

Set up right with the right juice it's just superb, I use toffee 40/60 mix at 24mg strength at 0.2 ohms in the evenings when no one's around, love it. I get the most satisfying vape, a hit or two lasts for a while too. The cloud isn't just a cloud, it's a big cloud of flavour and nic hit.

The problem most people have is not setting it up correctly, need the balance between coil, wick and air flow, that's the tricky part but if you get it right it is nice.

did 0.3 ohms on a 50-50 2.4 nic at work once just to get people away from my bench it worked well we are all vapers where I work

Only need to try if you feel your missing some omff @johanino, I sub ohm on dual wick genesis for the dense vape and fulll flavour, but not on Kayfuns as my juice doesn't like to be cooked.

E: Nothing to do with clouds I'm a 100 % PG kinda guy.
