Currently I have 2 parcels which have been sent to Malaysia. (27th May) One parcel has batteries, the other parcel has not. The parcel which does NOT contain batteries at all , has been placed 'on hold dangerous goods' Currently waiting for the parcel ,which has batteries to be rejected as well. icon_shoppingm I've opened a ticket already.

My sister ordered a vamo and charger and batteries on the 24/5 and dispatched on the 28/5 and then went over the counter to Malaysia post on 07/06 but no update to say been refused yet did you find out that from the tracking on fast tech? Placed another order yesterday and all but one item has been fulfilled (ready to ship) but the support ticket I opened is still sitting there waiting to be replied to. I was hoping for a reply by this morning but nope Wondering if they've got loads of these Malaysian post's put on hold tickets to respond to There's a few pages about this problem on Fasttech's forum, here's the link to it if you want to read what others are saying. I've posted on there too.

Cheers for that link Perpetua, just calculated and I've got up until 29 June to put in a dispute claim, so I'll wait & see what Fasttech comes back with before doing anything radical like that. Luckily mine was only a small order for just over $20. Thing is it was the batteries that was the main item I placed the order for, just made the rest of the order up to the $20 mark in order to get a tracking number

I'm waiting for two parcels, one has been stopped due to the dangerous goods act,so have opened a ticket, I am expecting the other one to do the same. They were shipped on 21-05 and the 26-05.

Got a reply from FT now:
Sorry for the shipping issue. This tracking status "Item put on hold due to Dangerous Good" is used shortly after they announced they will conduct inspection for external battery shipment in the end of May 2014.
This tracking indicates that the package is inspected. And we don't know if they are going to return it to sender or despatch it to overseas. This information is not shown on tracking or conveyed to us privately.
We will keep close attention to the development of this issue. Once it is returned, we will refund your order or reship it minus the battery at your choice.
Please kindly give it a few days more for the tracking update.
Thank you for your understanding in this case.
I'm prepared to give them a few more days, probably even a week, and see what transpires before making any Paypal dispute/claim.

One of my orders that did contain batteries is still saying in transit since 20th May icon_shoppingm I have opened a PP dispute, and have escalated it, but all i get from fasttech is "I am really sorry to make you upset. We will issue the FULL refund or resend the package to you when we receive the feedback from the shipment agency. I also want to solve the problem with you immediately, but the shipment agency keeps telling us to wait for the investigation within 2 months. We will inform you immediately when we receive the reply. Your understanding and patience would be highly appreciated." 2 MONTHS!!! I do hope PP get their asses in gear and get my refund sorted.

Oh dear, hmmm, not liking the sound of this. Someone on the FT forum said his contract is with FT not MP which is very true, so we could state this in our tickets to FT.
