My two are exactly the same as your sisters, I have opened a ticket with slow tech but no reply as yet.

Mine is still on hold - has been for 10 days now, just going nowhere, neither back to FT or shipped out to me - in limbo, stuck, permanently stuck, stuck like glue

I've raised my 2nd ticket earlier today with FT - see what they have to say, probably a load of rubbish reply as per normal.

I raised a ticket the other day and they said to wait as soon as they hear anything they will be in contact. Then it updated to this never used Malaysia post so not sure how long they take normally

They are just fannying you about. Make sure you put in a paypal claim on time. One of my current orders has gone astray, and I don't bother with the ticket system.

Please be patient once it has reached Langley. If there is a problem now it is with Royal Mail or customs and that's not Fasttech's fault. Too many complaints and they may stop shipping batteries to the UK when they get a carrier sorted.

the problem is they just seem to be of the idea that a 2 month wait whilst they find out were your package is is ok (thats not to deliver it just to find it)and flobbing customers off with a generic email that isnt really apologetic or have any real info in it
they decide how to ship it and its there responsibility to get it to your door IN REASONABLE TIME 
as  much as i like fast tech they do seem to have some probbs with customer care and im sure they will end up losing repeat customers over this
they kinda need to pull there finger out

This was my first reply from FT 8 days ago:

Sorry for the shipping issue. This tracking status "Item put on hold due to Dangerous Good" is used shortly after they announced they will conduct inspection for external battery shipment in the end of May 2014.

This tracking indicates that the package is inspected. And we don't know if they are going to return it to sender or despatch it to overseas. This information is not shown on tracking or conveyed to us privately.

We will keep close attention to the development of this issue. Once it is returned, we will refund your order or reship it minus the battery at your choice.

Please kindly give it a few days more for the tracking update.

I gave it another 7 days before sending in another ticket

15th May I paid for the goods.

19th May shipped
22nd May acknowledged by Malaysia Post
5th June - over the counter
9th June - put on hold - stuck ever since

A number of others posted after mine have eventually been shipped out, but mine is still stuck in same position - on hold
