how many days ago did you pay for it toots as you only have 45 days to act personally I would now open a paypal dispute now as you have been in touch twice
they need a good 15th May I paid for the goods. 19th May shipped 22nd May acknowledged by Malaysia Post 5th June - over the counter 9th June - put on hold - stuck ever since A number of others posted after mine have eventually been shipped out, but mine is still stuck in same position - on hold I would open a paypal dispute now as I think you have given them enough chances and enough time

According to the FT forum Malaysia Post has now resumed shipping of goods on hold to the UK, USA, Australia, Germany & France so I suppose I should wait a bit longer and see if they resume shipping to Spain as well. 27th June is going to be my deadline for opening up the paypal dispute though.

I would open a paypal dispute now as I think you have given them enough chances and enough time I've got another 9 days before the 45 days are up, so I think I'll give it another 7 days and then open a dispute with paypal if nothing has changed. Just to let you know, paypal will now open disputes for 180 days for any orders placed since the 17th June. Doesn't help you for this one but should help in the future

Update:
I contacted FT, they state that both my parcels were sent from Malaysia to the UK,by Air.
Strange that! - Malaysia Post have confirmed both my parcels (one did NOT contain batteries) have been despatched by SURFACE.
I will be opening a Paypal dispute, it could take from 3 weeks to 3 months to get here - not acceptable.

My sisters order still says in transit opened a paypal dispute and they have given paypal the tracking number but I cannot comment now to update to say it has been saying in transit for 15 days

My status since 9th June has been as below until today. 2014-06-09 20:54, Item put on hold due to Dangerous Good, MPC PMIH (KLIA)
2014-06-05 11:29, Item posted over the counter, MPC PMIH (KLIA) 2014-05-22 11:10, Dispatch Pre-Alert 22/05/2014, In Transit Today it changed to this (note date & time exactly as above in red) 2014-06-09 20:54, Item returned to carrier/agent, MPC PMIH (KLIA)2014-06-05 11:29, Item posted over the counter, MPC PMIH (KLIA) 2014-05-22 11:10, Dispatch Pre-Alert 22/05/2014, In Transit Now FT is telling me to wait another 2 weeks to see if the tracking changes to item sent, because apparently someone else's package was reported as item returned to carrier and the very next day was reported as item sent. FT sent me an attachment with those tracking details as proof. I have replied back to FT stating that if the package was sent back to them on 9 June then 2 weeks has already passed. The saga continues......... Suffice to say a paypal dispute has now been opened. Don't know what the hell is going on with this package and loads of other peeps packages.

pebbles some people are now reporting on the FT forums that their parcels, after having said sent to........., are now tracking as: returned to carrier/agent. Is the plane or the boat turning around and taking these parcels back Gould knows whats happening now. Some have been told by FT that they've been sent by air but MP have told them they've been shipped by sea. It is a total fiasco!!!

pebblestootsMy status regarding parcels still state on their way to Langley, however on the FT forum some state, their parcels are returned to carrier. I dont understand,why one of my parcels,didnt contain any batteries, and its shipped by sea. I've opened a Paypal dispute today.

My parcels status hasn't changed, they still say sent to Langley HWDC, now the dumb question is do I open a dispute directly with PayPal or with the already opened tickets on fasttech, sorry to ask but I have never had to do this before. Can I also say thanks to other fellow vapers who are helping out on this topic.

I would open a Paypal dispute, protect yourself.
