Hi toots, have read the message in your link but not really much help, I have a couple of days left on one parcel and a week on the other, have already raised tickets but not an actual PayPal dispute.....yet!!! I've opened a Paypal dispute for mine. I think you should do the same for yours too. Just to be on the safe side. I'd never done it before, only takes a few mins and is easy.

The problem is: IF Malaysia post have removed the batteries from the parcel, and the parcel arrives with nothing inside or ever fails to arrive ,and the 45 days has expired, you have no recourse for a refund.

I do to . . . you don't have to escalate it to a claim immediately pebbles, there's up to 20 days after ( I think ) from first filing the dispute to do that. If you miss the deadline, then you've an extra 2 months to wait, whilst FT put a claim in with whatever shipper it's been sent by.

Thanks everyone for your support, I have put a dispute in with PayPal for one parcel and will do the other one on Friday, just so I have given them as much time as possible, though I can't see anything changing.

Got a reply to my last ticket with FT and in it it says: We will file complaint case toward Malaysia post for your package and get back to you once we hear any feedback from them.
This is because mine hasn't even left Malaysia yet, posted out on 19 May, and basically had no tracking update since date of 9 June. Will see what happens now.

Wow got a reply from PayPal relating to one of my disputes, basically saying we dont give a shit your package hasn't arrived. Can they do that?
" We have concluded our investigation into your Buyer Claim. We regret to inform you that we were unable to resolve this case because the complaint was incomplete, issued incorrectly or outside the bounds of coverage as defined in our User Agreement. As a result, we have not taken any action at this time. Please be assured that this case has been noted in the seller's record for future reference"

rana somebody from France said they got an email from Paypal saying they do not cover e-cigarettes and their accessories. I think this was after that person put in a dispute/claim. It was posted on the FT forum. I think this is very wrong, it shouldn't matter what is in the parcel, if the customer doesn't receive the parcel then a claim should be available for that customer whether it's got chocolate in it or e-cig stuff. I've put in a dispute and my parcel does not only contain e-cig stuff, it contains other goods as well, so I'm wondering what Paypal will decide if I get to the escalate stage of my claim. I will question them if they decline my claim as only one quarter of the cost of my order was for e-cig stuff, three quarters was for non e-cig goods.

well i think its absolutely outrageous Paypal can do that. i will not let this matter pass. another reason why i freakin hate paypal. they use to be good, but as they become bigger the shitter they become. so we might as well not use paypal in the future if they dont cover ecigs. 99% of my transactions are based on ecigs on paypal. cant believe they did that. im actually extremely pissed of about this.

Only took 60+ days to get here, mine did contain batteries and i would swear they sent it by boat lol Was that 60 days after Malaysia Post actually sent it on to the UK or 60 days from when FT posted it out? Mine is STILL stuck at Malaysia Post, it's never been shipped out either by plane or boat. FT posted it on 19 May, MP have had it since 22 May and my tracking has been stuck since 9th June. So I've been waiting for 7 weeks already and it hasn't even left Malaysia yet. Others have been posted out well after mine and already left Malaysia. Some have even arrived at their destinations which were posted out a lot later than mine. I've given up all hope of ever receiving my package

I've just got an update on my tracking for the first time since 9 June:
2014-07-12 12:08, Item sent to SINGAPORE SURFACE, MPC PMIH (KLIA) 2014-06-09 20:54, Item forwarded to carrier/agent, MPC PMIH (KLIA) 2014-06-05 11:29, Item posted over the counter, MPC PMIH (KLIA) 2014-05-22 11:10, Dispatch Pre-Alert 22/05/2014, In Transit
I guess being sent to Singapore instead of Spain means it is being sent back to FT

Good Luck with that, paypal are the biggest shower of shit there ever was. a couple of years ago paypal permanently closed my account for selling adult material ( shocker I know but I hadn't sold anything ), I got in touch with them & explained I had never sold adult material & in fact had not sold anything at all in the last 6 months & I asked them to point out what items they were referring to. Paypals response (on several occasions) was "our decision is final & cannot be appealed " & that was it no proof shown & no paypal account, now here is the funny bit I still have a account (though cannot send or receive money etc ) & still receive emails asking me to update card details etc BUT paypal refuse to let me close account ??? Just Google paypal closed my account, thousands with similar stories.

I receive money into my Paypal account every month for royalties earned so I wouldn't want them to do anything like that to my account. I'd be stuffed
