Hooray, I've had email through this morning from Paypal and they have approved my claim and refunded me

Haha yeah, well if it does I obviously wouldn't be able to send it back as it can't go by air and I wouldn't have a clue how to literally 'ship' it or even if it is possible to literally 'ship' it from here, so I'd probably just keep it as compensation for all the hair I've pulled out over the last few months

Anyway I really can't see that parcel ever arriving at my door

gill2009 I've just re-read the email from Paypal and one part of it said:

We look at many factors when reviewing a PayPal Purchase Protection claim and we always try to be as fair as possible to both parties involved. In certain cases, if all policies were followed and it is determined that neither party is at fault, PayPal may issue a credit to both parties involved to resolve the issue.

And then looking back at my order on Fasttech it looks like they've also credited the amount back to FT as I noticed whilst my claim was being reviewed by Paypal the order amount stated zero dollars and now it's gone back to the total amount of the order I originally paid.

So, it looks like the only one that lost out was Paypal - nice one Paypal

Both my parcels have just been delivered too

I had one like this 2 years ago I ordered a large parcel from America over £700 it never arrived pay-pal refunded me then the company in America refunded me then the parcel arrived 2 months late
so I phoned the company and told them that the parcel had arrived and the woman I spoke to said don't start complaining we have just been compensated from the mail keep it and forget about it she said I will send a small parcel out to compensate you for your loss in making this phone call so I put the phone down and forgot about it
2 weeks later I got the full parcel again and £30 paid into my pay-pal account
