Charging spinners

I'd read this elsewhere as well. It's commonly known but I've yet to see it proved.

Would be interested to see if this makes a differance with charging times, will try it set at 4.2,volts. Turned it up to the max 4.8 but they Still took about 7 hour to charge.

it will not be so much of how long it takes to charge i'm thinking it's more to do with cycle charges for longevity of the battery........

So how long do other people's 1100 spinner's take to charge ?.

I'd like to know the answer to that as well since I was just about to buy a spinner and may reconsider if its going to take that long to charge up. Is that from the wall charger or pc?

charges faster in a wall charger I find , at least 4 hours , I'd buy 2 so you have a spare

Plugged into a wall socket my spinners and twists 1100/ 1300 - take around 4  hours to charge from dead as dodo status lol.

4 hours is fine - I can use my 1100 whilst the spinner charges then, I'd be tempted to buy 2 but since I am also looking at getting an mvp the spinners just for work and out and about so I'll be fine with just the 1 and my 1100.

The mvp takes about 6 and a half hours from flat, but it lasts a couple of days.

I need to charge my Spinner, and will test this theory out myself in the morning - I'll report back!!

without the scientific test completed yet - from past charges my 1100 spinner takes about 3.5 - 4 hrs to charge and thats on what ever setting it happened to be on before plugging it in (normally somewhere between 3.8v and 4.3v) I wouldn't say thats bad ?

strange, I wonder why mine take so long, I have 3 ego type chargers, charging from the mains and they always take at least six hours. Thinking of upgrading to 1300 or the vision 2, but at that rate it would forever to charge them. Anyone think my 3 usb chargers could be a bit suspect ? it's no big deal it's just bugging as to why they take so long.

Could be worth trying a new dingly dangly (USB) ??
