So, just to clarify for sammy13 and others, it doesn't matter where your vv or spinner is set, just plug in and charge. Then laff at the old advice being given on other forums Good find on the chargers too sammy13

Today for the test I set it at 4.2 but it didn't make a difference to the time for me.

zeldamum sells genuine Kanger chargers, and they seem to be quite quick!! Certainly a good price and a sturdy build quality, ans you would expect from Kanger. I didn't know Kanger did them actually.
In the early days I got caught out with 2 chargers from reputable companies on here whom I will not name obviously. I was left with no working batteries. Since then I buy from one of the 3 I listed, my twists are joyetech so I like to see this logo on my charger, plus it comes with warranty ( I am sure Zeldas do too, not saying nothing wrong there, just clarifying why I recommend what I do )

I'm having an issue with my Spinner V2 - it was delivered yesterday and had some charge in it so I vaped it yesterday evening and probably got about 4 hours out of it before the blue light came on which is fine I figured it wouldn't have had a full charge. This morning I put it on charge at 7am checked on it a few times all seemed well and at 10:30 green light on the charger so I screwed on my tank and took a vape, after barely 3 puffs I got the blue light! So I took the tank off, gave the inside of the battery a wipe, SWITCHED chargers to a 2nd one I have and put it back on charge, the blue light stayed on for a little while then went off and the red light was doing its little flickery thing so I left it again, at 12pm I checked and had a green light again so popped the tank on, all seemed ok though to my mind the button light seemed more bluey than white (but not deep blue) - have been out at work with my 11OO Ego so the spinner wasn't used until about 5pm this evening, and tbh for a good part of this evening I've been enjoying a meal so wasn't vaping, I've now been vaping on the spinner for about 2 hours maybe - and I once again have the solid blue light. I'm vaping at 3.8 so hardly using it to the max and I would have expected a much longer charge than this! My 1100 by comparison was charged up at the same time, has been vaped solid from 12pm until 5pm and has alternated with the spinner this evening as I have a different flavour in it and thats still showing a white light and I wouldn't be expecting to charge it again until the morning sometime.
I used my usb chargers that I got with my ego's and wall chargers, I have 2 of each and the spinner has been charged on both. I'm going to run it down to flat this evening and stick it on charge again in the morning, but at the moment I'm not feeling very happy with it.

Ok my first point to check, your 1100 ego, are you using the same usb lead and wall plug to charge this as the spinner? If not try that, that will rule out a fault with any chargers. So which ever ones charge your other battery perfectly use the same usb lead and wall plug for the spinner. My next point - where did you purchase the spinner v2 from?

They do fluctuate a bit before being fully charged and 3,5 hours doesn't seem long enough ? I think they need to few full charges to work to their full potential ? If still not holding charge after a few full cycles I would contact the vendor

Yes - in fact the 1100 ego went onto the charger the Spinner came off and then charged up perfectly whilst the Spinner was on the other one for the 2nd attempt at charging. I got the Spinner from here: love-vaping.com/vision-spinner-ii/341-purple-vision-spinner-v2.html

In the meantime know exactly which usb lead and wall plug charge your other battery perfectly.
Then pop your spinner v2 on charge using those 2 , and plug it into exactly the same wall socket as you used for your other battery.
Let it go green, then leave it a little while to be totally sure.
Obviously we all vape different amounts but if you do not get 8 hours from it I would say the actual spinner is faulty. Does it have the genuine markings on it? I know all products can be faulty, you could buy a state of the art gadget costing 2k that doesn't work, but just checking?

Looks genuine to me - even has the red line on the twisty bit - from reading about fakes they tend to have a triangle rather than a solid line, I'd be miffed if it is a fake as the vendor was recommended on another forum. (Though admittedly not recommended to me I found the thread when googling lol) Edited to add: Hadn't realised there was a scratch code on the battery pack - just checked it and it is a verified genuine visioncig battery.

I also thought I had problems with my spinner 2, but having used it for a couple of weeks now I find that if I run it to completely empty .....orange flashing light, then clean the contact and plug it in.....after about half an hour it shows the green light on the charger! So I turn it off, wait a few minutes, turn it back on, get the red charging light and flashing charging thing and it takes 4+ hours to fully charge. Then lasts me around a day to day and a half before it needs recharging. To begin with it didn't seem to last more than half a day but it seemed to need several full charges, as in from dead flat to full before it reached full working capacity. I did buy a new charging lead....it's a Kanger fast charging one (so it says)
Do like the spinner though, more capacity than my 1100 ego so does last longer, although must say after more than a year my ego t's are still going strong

Hopefully sleedale that'll be the same for me and it's just me needing to let it settle in and then get used to its eccentricities - as it is I have been determined to run it flat so vaped it for the rest of the night last night going to bed around 1am, started on it again this morning at 7am, had a break to take the dog to the vet so took the 1100 out with me (which btw is still on white light!) got back just before 10am and have been back on the spinner for the past hour, tanks about to run dry lol but the spinner is still firing on the blue button go figure lol I estimate I've got about 8 hours use out of it up to now it'll be interesting to see when it turns orange.

So I ran the spinner down to orange - keeping a tally of how long it took - worked out that I'd been able to vape it for around 11 hours. Sods law meant that the instant it turned orange the vet rang to say come collect the dog so I couldn't put it on charge straight away, and then hubby decided we'd pop and see his mum so by the time I put it on charge it was about 8pm - just like sleedale I went and checked it after 45 mins and the green light was on, I stood and watched for a good 5 mins and it stayed green. Switched it off let the lights cycle and go dark then switched it back on again, got the red flickering light and all seemed well until I went back out in the kitchen at 11:40 (I had been checking every 30 - 40 mins and it had stayed red) at 11.40 however it was solid green again. I was a bit miffed as I knew I'd be going to bed around 12:30 and would have to switch it off overnight, anyway I once again switched it off at the wall, let the lights go out, and switched it back on again and was back to a red flickering light. Hubby just called me from the kitchen 12:00 to say - its green again. I've now taken it off charge and am vaping it, going to see how long until I get the blue light and again keep a check on how long the charge lasts, I can't see how it can possibly be fully charged as its really only had about 3 - 3 1/2 hours charging up between green lights.
